Close to Rail Trail, Beaches, Restaurants, and everything Eastham has to offer.

First floor has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, and a full bathroom. State of the art Smart TV in the living room, strong WIFI and cell phone service. Upstairs has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sun deck, a 1/2 bathroom, and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms upstairs have skylights. Full basement with washer/dryer and a foosball table to enjoy on a rainy day. All Linens are included with rental.

Lots of room for the kids to run around and explore in the back yard with outdoor amenities that include an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, picnic table with benches, and hammock. Cut through the back woodland to town tennis courts, basketball courts, and outdoor running track - all free to guests.

Cape Cod retreat

I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is a traditional Cape home on a secluded, woodsy street in Eastham. Yet it is close to everything - several ocean beaches, the rail bike trail, and a short drive to the bay beaches to see the sunset. It's easy to get to many other towns on the Cape, including Wellfleet, Provincetown, and Orleans. The house itself is extremely comfortable, with two decks, an outside shower, comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen that is clean and bright. I can't wait to go again! show more show less

Great spot for the family!

This house is in a perfect location, had everything we needed during the stay, and had overall great space for our family. The opened living area, that also leads onto a porch, was just perfect for the summer time, and the outdoor shower was really nice after a day on the beach. We truly enjoyed riding our bikes everywhere and exploring the quiet and private neighborhood. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The ACs worked well and was able to fill the house with air, but we loved having the windows opened and smelling the sea air. We did not get a chance to try the firepit in the backyard - will have to do that next time; we will definitely be renting this home again. show more show less
