The bike trail is less than a mile away. Window air conditioning. Nothing to do except bring your bathing suit and beach towel for a relaxing Cape Holiday.

Rented by the full week starting on Saturdays only in the summer for $2500.

Available for three night minimum in the spring and fall.

    Excellent house, highly recommended

    Stayed here for 3 weeks with my wife and 4 children. The house was conveniently located, very clean, updated, and perfect for us. Great space for the kids in the basement, and awesome shaded back porch. We had a great time and didn't need anything! Highly recommended for folks who love the Outer Cape!

    We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped beach house. The kitchen had everything you need including two coffee pots ( one brew style And one Keurig ). Plenty of beach chairs all in working order. The deck was so nice for morning coffee and bird watching. The outdoor shower was wonderful after a long day at the beach. Games and videos/dvd for all ages. The location was perfect. Close enough to route 6 but still far enough away from all the traffic. We would definitely stay here again the next time we vacation at the Cape. show more show less

    We had plenty of space for 4 adults. The kitchen had everything we needed. Back deck, grill and outdoor shower were nice features. Great location to local beaches. We brought our own bikes and it was easy to get around from the house.
