We've been coming to Cape Cod for 20 years and are honored to share our ideal Cape home with you. Come enjoy our charming classic Cape house in an amazing location on a peaceful cul-de-sac. A quick 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod National Seashore to the east or Bay beaches to the west.

The house offers 1700 square feet of light-filled, airy living. There are three large bedrooms, three full baths, an eat-in kitchen great for family meals. A relaxing living room with traditional working fireplace, high definition TV, and expanded cable. Bonus basement space for ping pong or crafts.

Perfect for multi-family or first-floor living. A private upstairs with two queen bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The first floor has one large bedroom, one queen, and a full bath, all separate from the general living space.

Step outside onto the spacious deck to appreciate the quiet, tree-filled yard. A gas grill for summer barbecues and a fire pit for gatherings. There is plenty of parking to accommodate multiple families.

Eastham is centrally located with access to the abundance Cape Cod has to offer. Seconds away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail for serene biking. Short drive to Provincetown for nightlife and fine dining, Wellfleet for the best sunsets or a drive-in movie, and Orleans for local amenities. Or stay in the neighborhood and walk to famous Arnold's Clam Shack and mini-golf.

No shortage of access to nature. The National Seashore shows off East Coast dunes with multiple beaches to choose from Along with a network of hiking trails among the cedar forests, there are plenty of nearby ponds and lakes for fishing, swimming and kayaking. We are a short drive (or bike ride) to Nickerson State Park, known for beautiful paths and lakes.

    Perfect Family Getaway!

    My family and I stayed at this great Cape home and had a wonderful time! We had 5 adults and 2 children stay for the week with plenty of room to spare. The home is very clean, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of room for all to relax! The house is on a very quiet dead end street which was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes and scooters on while the adults watched from the yard. The location was great as well, less than a mile to Arnold's and the bike bath and within a few minutes drive of the bay and ocean beaches. We had such a great time that we have booked a second week later in the summer and cannot wait to return! show more show less

    This was one of the most wonderful getaways we've had in years. Perfect location, very clean and had all we needed plus more! Owner was very easy to contact with our questions and respond time was super quick. We will definitely be back to this rental for more fun and memories

    Hi - My name is Lisa and i am a recent homeowner in Eastham but long time visitor from NY.. The decision to buy a home in the Cape was very easy and the time was right.....sort of, there is a pandemic, ugh.

    I have been bringing my 4 children to the Cape for a weeks vacation, every year for about 20 years. We can write a book on how to equally distribute 1 week between 5 people so that we are sure everyone gets to see what they want, eat what they want an do what they want. Ice cream was the only thing we all agreed on.

    A week is always to short but it is one of the highlights of our families year, so naturally i want this house to be a highlight in your families year as well. every decision i make on improvements or accents of comfort are of course for my family but for your family as well, so please enjoy. And we'll share some of our best vacation strategies in our welcome letter upon booking.

    What is special about this property?
    I love this property for the peacefulness it brings, when you are eating dinner outside on the deck, there is no interruptions, loud streets, no unwanted bustle, ded end street.
    We have room for a pickup game of badminton for those who need to move outside and ping pong inside when the weather doesn't cooperate.
    Plenty of room inside for people to separate and get alone time if needed, sit on the front step read a book.

    What is special about your town?
    The town has whatever you need, food, drink and the most beautiful beaches in between. the bike path has brought us to many towns for exploring, a quick mile from the house. we are sandwiched between Orleans for shopping and Province town for nightlife, all accessible.
