Hello! Welcome to our home! We are so excited to share our oasis on the Cape with you.

Our home sleeps 8 adults and children, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Pets are welcome. We offer A/C, WiFi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and all linens. Enjoy an outside shower, fire pit, large deck with grill, spacious backyard, bikes and beach toys! You'll also find a pub in the basement, 'Connie's Pub', named after our chocolate lab, Connie.

Within 1 mile, you'll find the historic Cape Cod Rail Trail, Fort Hill Trail, Great Pond Beach, and favorite fishing spot, Herring Pond Beach. You'll also be 2 mi to First Encounter Beach, and 3 mi to Coast Guard / 4 mi to Nauset Light Beach. Downtown Orleans is a 7-minute drive away.

During the summer, we stay in an apartment above the garage so that we are on-hand if needed to help make your stay more comfortable. We will also strongly value your privacy, and will leave you undisturbed should that be your preference. Included in your booking is an oversand tour of the Nauset Outer Beach for up to 4 people (so long as the trail is open), as well as freshly baked local goods during the weekend.
