This was a great visit. We had everything we needed, check-in was a breeze, the place was clean, beautiful, and close to everything. Veronica and Thomas responded quickly and pleasantly to any questions we had (we had no concerns at all). I would highly recommend this location for a any group of people! Thank you for being a part of a great cousins weekend on the Cape!!

My family had a lovely week at Veronika and Thomas's place. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the landscaping and the firepit. The beach was a close walk and there's a lot to explore in the area. They were responsive (but to be honest everything was thought of so we didn't need to reach out much!).

What a magical place to stay in Eastham! Quiet road, close to Thumpertown beach, access to bike paths, and a beautiful large yard perfect for kids. We truly had an amazing time at this beautiful house!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate a milestone birthday. The beach was only a few minutes down a quiet road. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. We were so happy that we chose this listing. The hosts did an excellent job with communication, checking to see if everything was going well, and making sure our stay was perfect. We would definitely recommend this beautiful location and home to anyone considering a stay on Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful long weekend in this perfectly Cape Cod home! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, easily walkable to the beach, and a close drive to lots of restaurants and activities. We had a small issue with hot water on the first morning and our hosts were super responsive and got someone out ti fix the problem right away. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

The house was clean and described perfectly! I'd emphasize that the location is fabulous! The beach was so close which we loved. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of open space. Staying in April limited us to enjoy the outside firepit and patio since the furniture was covered for the season. With over six people, the bathrooms can get tight since there are only two. There is an outside shower so summer months would be great for larger families. Regardless of the time of year, you will not be disappointed! I highly recommend this house. The owners were extremely accommodating.

Hi Veronica and Thomas, Jim and I loved the house, and our family did too! It was VERY clean which is really important to me since I'm allergic to dust. The furniture was very comfortable, the bedrooms adorable, and having the beach down the street was a definite plus. Your landscaping is just amazing, and everything was still in bloom in October when we vacationed. The fire pit was a nice treat that the guys really enjoyed. We hope to stay again in the future! Great house and excellent location. Private and quiet setting and just a easy walk to the beach.

We'd definitely stay here again. The house is roomy, comfortable, & very well-equipped. The yard & landscaping are lovely. Great fire pit! The two queen bedrooms upstairs have large skylights facing east. The early risers loved it, and I bought a $4 sleeping mask so I could sleep in! Great communications with the hosts.

We had a great stay! 5 minute walk to the beach, and the hosts have provided everything you need for a great family weekend.

Veronika and Thomas were great hosts! They responded very quickly, and were very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house was spotlessly clean and decorated stylishly, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the appliances and items you'd need, a washer and dryer on site if needed, and the fire pit was an added bonus! The pictures on the Internet do not do this property justice. Quiet location, but close to the beach and towns. Overall a wonderful place; we would highly recommend it!

Veronika and Thomas' home was perfect for our annual Cape Cod vacation. It is well equipped with everything you might need. Check-in was effortless and the house was very clean. We enjoyed family/friends dinner outside on the deck. The firepit was great for sitting around after dinner. It's a short walk to Thumpertown Beach with a gorgeous sunset. Beds were very comfortable and they is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We hope to return next year!

Can't say enough great things about this house and the owners. We came to a deceptively large but cozy house at the end of a dead end, quiet street, a few blocks walk from the most amazing beach I've seen on the Cape (esp at low tide!). The pictures don't do the space justice - lots of cute nooks and woodwork. The outdoor seating and fire pit were great, and our group of 10 fit very comfortably. We accidentally set off the smoke detector with my husband's cooking ??, and Veronica and Thomas were available to help us figure out how to shut off smoke detectors. Already hoping to book again for next summer.

This place was beautiful and in the perfect location! There were tons of options on where to entertain between the indoors and outside areas. The location was no long than a half hour from everywhere we wanted to go! Also I LOVE a good outdoor shower and they delivered with that!

Veronica and Thomas helped to make my wife's birthday truly memorable. The beach down the street is incredible. Perfect for all ages, especially toddlers as it is ideally shallow for them to sit and play with the water at low tide. You can tell V&T put their heart and soul into creating a wonderful vacation home.

This is a wonderful location, short walk to Thumpertown beach, and quick bike ride to Wiley Pond and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Also a short car ride to Mac's Seafood Market as well as other great local shops. The house is large, clean, and has everything you need for a fantastic family beach weekend. We plan on coming back!

The house is spacious and clean. loved all the decorations, quality of the bedding, and items in the kitchen. the outdoor deck has spacious seating and a fire pit. just a short walk from the house is a beautiful local beach. stayed with two young children under the age of 3 and 4 adults and we had plenty of space to utilize. the house is situated to many local attractions. Veronika and Thomas were responsive, offered great local suggestions, and attentive to any issues/question that came up! I would recommend this lovely home to families looking for a relaxing place on the Cape.

A great place for a family gathering! We were 8 adults and two children. Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Quiet, private yard with a fire pit and trees to string a hammock. Plenty of deck space for eating out or just relaxing in smaller groups. Lovely outdoor shower. A short walk to a beach that has a beautiful sandflat at low tide. Perfect for kids (of all ages)! Easy access to Rte. 6, or bike ride to the Cape Cod bike/walk trail. Responsive hosts, even in the off season. Highly recommend this spot!

My family and I stayed at Veronika and Thomas's Thumpertown beach house over Labor Day weekend and it exceeded my expectations. From the start both they were communicated everything I needed to know during our stay. When we checked in the first day the house and property were amazing. There's plenty of space for ten people to be comfortable in. The property is on a great location so you're not on top of the neighbors like some houses are. I highly recommend booking this stay because you will not be disappointed at all.

We loved staying here. Imagine a long drive ending in a turn down a sweet street where you and see open skies and a stairway to the beach at the end. It is in such an outstanding location - wonderful that it's an easy walk to Thumpertown Beach and in close proximity to gorgeous Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. The house has a great layout, is attractively decorated, has everything you need including an outdoor shower, and is in a very cozy, quiet cul-de-sac. It's close to everything and yet tucked away and serene. The hosts are very gracious, providing detailed information to make it a hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

This is such a lovely, cozy home! Veronika and Thomas have stocked the kitchen incredibly well, and taken so much care to make the whole house comfortable and lovely. The beds are great, the outside space is inviting too, and they were clear and quick with their communication. The location is fantastic, with an easy walk to the bay beach, and great bike rides to the ocean beaches. I highly recommend this home and these hosts.

Our group of 2 families was so comfortable staying here! The bedrooms were so spacious and the house overall was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was great - just a short walk to the beach. The low tides were so much fun for our kiddos. We even enjoyed the overcast days exploring tide pools.

The house is great. Easy walk to the bay beach....great sunsets. Easy ride to the ocean side--National Seashore beaches and great bike rides. The house was clean and very comfortable for 6 adults.
