We had a wonderful vacation in this amazing house in Eastham. The kitchen and 1st floor master bath have been meticulously remodeled with high end appliances and cupboards galore!

As a family of 8, two parents, two daughters with husbands, and 2 grandchildren, there was plenty of room for all. A dining room addition has been added at some point, open to the kitchen, that seats at least 8.

On the 2nd floor there is a play area for children with kid size appliances and lots of lots of stuffed animals, Lincoln logs, and dolls. There is also a very nice wooden playscape in the yard that our grandchildren loved.

The home was spotless, the beds very comfortable, and it was well stocked, even a huge spice drawer!

Great house; really good location, and hosts were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had a great stay at Veronika and Thomas's place! Great use of space and they had some great touches with toys for the kids. We'd definitely rent from them in the future!

Our extended family (6 adults and 4 kids) spent and extended weekend. The house was the perfect size and there was plenty of room where everyone could retire to their own private space. The house is nicely equipped with families and children in mind. The upstairs play room and garage game room were perfect for killing time between beach outings. The updated kitchen and large eating/entertaining space accommodated everyone. The house was very clean and was only a short walk from the beach. The hosts were very responsive to inquires and easy to work with. We look forward to renting this house in the future. show more show less

This attractive, comfortable house is a perfect home for a family or large group. The well-equipped kitchen is very large and attractive, and there is seating for 10 at indoor and outdoor tables. It also has a garage with a ping pong table, couch, chairs, and plenty of beach gear and children's toys, as well as swing/play set and large front lawn. A pretty private bayside beach is a 10-minute walk down the road, and other bayside beaches with parking are a few minutes drive away. Veronika and Thomas were great hosts - responding immediately to the few small issues that came up. My only suggestion is that the living room needs more lighting. But all in all, a wonderful place. show more show less

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Everything was just as expected -checkin process was smooth, House was immaculate, and everything work just right. Location was convenient to the beach and restaurants. I even enjoyed seeing a drive-in movie! Thank you for a great week!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family summer vacation! Tons of space and only a short walk to campground beach which is perfect for both kids and adults. The recently renovated kitchen makes cooking dinner and preparing lunches for the beach so easy! In general the house is well stocked with anything you may need. Having the play room and a living room is great for being able to entertain both adults and kids. Veronika and Thomas made the process completely painless. I highly recommend! show more show less

This house was a perfect getaway for my family! The house was beautiful and cozy, and very clean and the proximity to the beach was great. A very manageable walk even with a two year old in tow (in a jogging stroller). The teens could walk and bike down themselves and the beach was absolutely beautiful and very private feeling. We highly recommend this rental. The owners were also great with communication and super kind.

The home is well equipped for a large family. Close to the beach for walking even with younger children. Having a play set right by the house was great for downtime at the home. Communication was great as well. The kitchen appliances were so quick to heat up which was really nice to experience. Loved our stay!

Ideal for family gathering - there is something for everyone! Great rec room in garage and outdoor childrens play ground. Safe neighborhood with minimal traffic. Short walk to Bay - Children friendly and quick drive to ocean. Lots of restaurants and activities near by. Or, wonderful kitchen to host family and friends. Enough seating for 20+. House well appointed and we had fabulous family vacation. Many Thanks!
