Great house in Eastham! There were 4 adults and 5 children in the group and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Multiple hang out areas and a game room in the garage were great! A quick walk to the neighborhood beach and a 5 minute drive to the National Seashore. Beautiful house inside and out. We can't wait to make a return trip!

Great place to gather as a family! Grandparents, Parents, Aunts and Uncles and two small chilrdren ( 4 and 18 mos. ) all found this gracious home to be a great place to spend our week in Eastham. Generous rooms to gather, and nice bedrooms. A swingset outside and toys in the garage for the little ones. Lovely fire pit for gathering in the evening. An easy walk to the beach, and an easy drive to the national seashore beaches. We couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks for offering this great house!

Family friendly house! We loved staying in this house with our twin 3 year olds, 7 year old and grandparents. There was plenty of room for everyone, low twin beds for the 3 year olds, a play area with a variety of toys plus ping pong and some ride on toys in the garage. It was very clean. There were stools in all the bathrooms, some kid bowls and cups - well equipped for a family stay. Thanks!

We had such a fabulous week at this rental! There have been a few decorating upgrades since the pics were posted and for the better! We had plenty of space for the 3 families gathering for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The garage with the ping pong table was excellent for kid energy and gave us a space to hang out in on rainy days. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied. Beverage fridge and extra fridge in the garage were a bonus! Nice quiet neighborhood with 3 beaches close by ! Campground Beach was our favorite and was a .8 mile walk, but a nice easy walk. It was also just a short drive to the National Seashore, which was great. The firepit out back was perfect, we all loved the Adirondack chairs with cupholders! Plenty of space to park in the driveway and beautiful flowers in the front. Outdoor shower was amazing and the hosts were very responsive and checked in with us to make sure arrival and departure went smoothly!

We had a great time! The house has all the amenities, especially wonderful for small children including toys inside and out, crib, pack n play, proximity to beach, grill, and fire pit, washer/dryer. It is close to shopping and restaurants. Hosts very receptive and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Great family house with all you need! This house was even better than the pictures. So welcoming, plenty big enough for five adults and two teens, and all the amenities you would need. The showers were great. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Easy enough walk to beach for most (perhaps not elderly or disabled) and great neighborhood central to all the things we love to do at the Cape. We definitely recommend!

Large and well stocked house! Two families gathered for Thanksgiving. It was the perfect setup to have the family with kids upstairs and the family with only adults downstairs. The play area was amazing. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed and a lot of spices. We had some trouble with one thermostat, but otherwise heat worked well. Quick walk to the beach (there were stairs which may be hard for older people) and great sunset views. Easy drive to other beaches, to Orleans for many restaurants and a huge grocery store. We didn't use the TV but nice to know it had a lot of subscriptions. The living room was larger than it appeared in pictures. Lots of games for us to use. The kids enjoyed setting up dominoes in a cascade. All in all we had a very happy Thanksgiving.

Highly Recommended! Great vacation rental for extended families. Lots of room inside and outside. All the facilities you need or might need for yourself or children of all ages. Excellent response by owners to a minor problem. Great proximity to beaches, ponds, bike trail, restaurants, food store. You will enjoy your stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in this amazing house in Eastham. The kitchen and 1st floor master bath have been meticulously remodeled with high end appliances and cupboards galore!

As a family of 8, two parents, two daughters with husbands, and 2 grandchildren, there was plenty of room for all. A dining room addition has been added at some point, open to the kitchen, that seats at least 8.

On the 2nd floor there is a play area for children with kid size appliances and lots of lots of stuffed animals, Lincoln logs, and dolls. There is also a very nice wooden playscape in the yard that our grandchildren loved.

The home was spotless, the beds very comfortable, and it was well stocked, even a huge spice drawer!

This home is amazing and comes highly recommended!

Our family had a great stay at Veronika and Thomas's place! Great use of space and they had some great touches with toys for the kids. We'd definitely rent from them in the future!

Our extended family (6 adults and 4 kids) spent and extended weekend. The house was the perfect size and there was plenty of room where everyone could retire to their own private space. The house is nicely equipped with families and children in mind. The upstairs play room and garage game room were perfect for killing time between beach outings. The updated kitchen and large eating/entertaining space accommodated everyone. The house was very clean and was only a short walk from the beach. The hosts were very responsive to inquires and easy to work with. We look forward to renting this house in the future.

This attractive, comfortable house is a perfect home for a family or large group. The well-equipped kitchen is very large and attractive, and there is seating for 10 at indoor and outdoor tables. It also has a garage with a ping pong table, couch, chairs, and plenty of beach gear and children's toys, as well as swing/play set and large front lawn. A pretty private bayside beach is a 10-minute walk down the road, and other bayside beaches with parking are a few minutes drive away. Veronika and Thomas were great hosts - responding immediately to the few small issues that came up. My only suggestion is that the living room needs more lighting. But all in all, a wonderful place.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Everything was just as expected -checkin process was smooth, House was immaculate, and everything work just right. Location was convenient to the beach and restaurants. I even enjoyed seeing a drive-in movie! Thank you for a great week!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family summer vacation! Tons of space and only a short walk to campground beach which is perfect for both kids and adults. The recently renovated kitchen makes cooking dinner and preparing lunches for the beach so easy! In general the house is well stocked with anything you may need. Having the play room and a living room is great for being able to entertain both adults and kids. Veronika and Thomas made the process completely painless. I highly recommend!

This house was a perfect getaway for my family! The house was beautiful and cozy, and very clean and the proximity to the beach was great. A very manageable walk even with a two year old in tow (in a jogging stroller). The teens could walk and bike down themselves and the beach was absolutely beautiful and very private feeling. We highly recommend this rental. The owners were also great with communication and super kind.

The home is well equipped for a large family. Close to the beach for walking even with younger children. Having a play set right by the house was great for downtime at the home. Communication was great as well. The kitchen appliances were so quick to heat up which was really nice to experience. Loved our stay!

Ideal for family gathering - there is something for everyone! Great rec room in garage and outdoor childrens play ground. Safe neighborhood with minimal traffic. Short walk to Bay - Children friendly and quick drive to ocean. Lots of restaurants and activities near by. Or, wonderful kitchen to host family and friends. Enough seating for 20+. House well appointed and we had fabulous family vacation. Many Thanks!
