We visited Veronika and Thomas's home in mid July 2025. There were 10 of us ranging in age from 14 to 73. Upon arriving I had some questions and they were answered immediately via Airbnb. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have their own space as well as areas where we could gather for family meals and conversations. I would especially recommend this property to families with small children as it was completely outfitted to keep toddlers entertained. We were very impressed with the service provided by Veronika and Thomas and would recommend this house for large groups, even multiple families.

We had an amazing week-long stay at this lovely home! We had three generations of family members and everyone loved it! The house was as described: exceedingly well-equipped with games, activities and play spaces for every age; lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas; kitchen and dishware for lots of folks and great appliances in the kitchen; comfortable and clean bedrooms and bathrooms; and wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces for chatting, eating and playing. Thumpertown Beach is a short walk down the street and many fun places are easily reachable by foot, bike or car. A special shoutout to our hosts who were gracious in answering all our questions as we planned our trip and very responsive when we were there. This was the perfect place for our summer family get-together and we would love to return. We highly recommend it!

Highly recommend this location! We visited as a family vacation and The property has plenty of amenities and activities for all ages. Can't beat the proximity to the beach, and hosts were excellent.

We had a wonderful long weekend getaway with family at this property. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and quality time together. This is a great house to enjoy Cape Cod. Great location down the road from the beach. Lots of room for large families. Private location. Kitchen was very well supplied for cooking. Lots of games in basement. Thanks for another great family weekend! We really had a fun time this past weekend. I highly recommend.

Wonderful space and perfect for larger gatherings. Two families, 11 adults total all housed comfortably. Plenty of things within the kitchen for communal cooking and great time all together. Well worth the money!

We loved staying at this quirky house for our family get away. We were two adults, two 5 year olds and one 9 year old, then joined by grandparents and another adult friend. We all loved the game room in the basement, the deck and firepit to enjoy the nice spring weather and the beds were all very comfortable. The kids had fun in the upstairs playroom and the living room and kitchen were also good hang out spots. The layout with the stairs was a little challenging for the older adults, but generally fine.

Great location for a family retreat! Well equipped kitchen, lots of bedrooms, a fun basement with lots of entertainment for the kids and we also liked the outdoor fireplace a lot (great for roasting marshmallows). Veronika and Thomas were wonderful hosts and even provided some welcoming flowers on the kitchen table upon arrival!

Excellent home for our spring break. Tons of space and even more toys, games, etc for the kids. Great location, just a few minutes walk from Thumpertown Beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Lovely home and in a perfect spot! Thanks for helping to make it a great trip!

The perfect place for our family of 11. Great playroom for the grandkids, short walk to the beach, great fire pit in backyard. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us all. It made for a wonderful Fall family vacation!

The place was great for our annual reunion, was within walking distance of the beach and about 5-10 minute driving distance of everything you could need or want. There was enough to do at the house though where you could stay in the entire weekend and be entertained.

Great location and loved the short walk to beach. We were there with 2 families and the house served us well and had everything we needed. Our parents used to leave down the road from here and it was great going by and seeing our old house . Beaches at Nauset, Coast Guard and First Encounter are still as beautiful as we remembered them. Loved getting together with other family members and reminisce fond memories.

The place was gorgeous! We had such a great time utilizing the big yard and fire pit, and the sunsets from the west facing beach down the end of the street were out of this world! Can't recommend this location enough!

Home is great for a large family with teenagers! Plenty of space. Game room in the basement was a blast at night! Deck with large seating area was great for our group of 8 plus when we had additional family come by to grill. Would definitely rent again!

We loved the location of this house. The house has an unusual layout, but it worked out perfectly for our family. Great game room in the basement! Kitchen really well stocked. Several comfortable places to spread out in. Very child, friendly, great walk to the beach where we witnessed beautiful sunsets. At low tide my son and I enjoyed a nice walk out on the sandbars. Location was perfect for everything that we had planned for. Beautiful back deck and great fire pit. Host was very easy to deal with.

What a wonderful stay, all made possible by the beautiful space and the prompt support from Veronika and Thomas! We absolutely loved basement playroom, that we felt we didn't even need to leave the house ?? The house had everything you needed and much more! Will definitely visit again and would recommend to anyone considering a Cape Cod getaway!

Enjoyed our visit to Veronica and Thomas' house. We were in town for a family wedding and the house was great for members of 4 different families. Gave everyone their own little space. Beds are very comfortable and great pillows. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking. Nice to be able to get a big group around the kitchen table. A very nice deck as well if the weather cooperates for being outside. Beautifully updated bathrooms. Lots for kids to do both inside and in the yard. Comfortable furniture in both living room and family room areas. I would recommend their house. They are very responsive and timely with communication. Thanks for a wonderful stay and all the touches making your home welcoming and inviting.

Our family of 10 had a wedding in the area and this home provided us with the perfect place to stay. Extremely kid and adult friendly with something for everyone. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Hosts were very responsive to all our needs,we highly recommend this home!!

Responsive hosts who quickly dealt with an unexpected maintenance issue. Very impressed with responsiveness. The home has a private yard that's nice for outdoor time and is tucked into a private area. Walkable to the water in <10 minutes and close drive to many Eastham and Wellfleet locations.

We had our yearly friends weekend with 10 of us who get together and this place was great. Very clean, large enough for all of us and the game room was amazing.

The photographs of this property are deceiving. It is essentially two seperate spaces combined by a loft. The kitchen is cramped and the pantry was full of excess stuff so our groceries had to be stored on counter. The cleanliness of the common areas did not meet my standard. In fairness the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We were there with our grown children and their families and all the adults were disappointed in the property.
Veronika was responsive to us when the hot water heater died, rendering the kitchen non functional for 2.5 days. For the money there are better properties. The owners did refund us some money for being without hot water and returned half the cleaning fee.

This place is perfect for multiple families looking to have a place to relax in between walking to a beautiful beach and spending time there. We had three families and a nanny and there was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We brought toys, anticipating our kids would need some entertainment, but all the toys at the house were enough! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The porch is the perfect place for a family dinner under the adorable hung lights. Eastham is the perfect spot to access the National Sea Shore as well as other popular day trips like Chatham and Provincetown.

We made the best memories with our family at Veronika and Thomas's place! Everything was perfect and exactly as described! S'mores around the fire pit, short walk to view the sunsets, walks along the beach and meals on the deck! Conveniently located to everything you'll need! Beyond grateful for finding such a fabulous place!!

We had a great time at Veronika and Thomas' house in Cape Cod. The sea is very close by, with a beautiful and poetic beach. The house has original architecture, with two separate living spaces. The living room upstairs is particularly friendly and the games room is incredibly well equipped. The kitchen is functional, as are the bathrooms. The terrace with the barbecue is a dream. The outdoor fire pit will make your evenings happy. Veronika and Thomas were particularly nice and were very quick to fix the toilet problem we encountered. The house is in a pretty good location. Supermarkets are nearby but the car is required for all trips, with the exception of the beach.

Excellent hosts with great communication! All five families had everything we needed (and then some) for the three night that we stayed at the house. From cooking supplies to toys for kids, we were all happy! The location of the house also couldn't have been better as it's walking distance to the bay and centrally located to drive to all the cute towns on the Cape. One last thing (although I could go on and on) were the beds— prepare yourself to be extra cozy!!

Fabulous place for a large group. We stayed with our three adult sons and their families. Everyone had a great time walking to the beach and flying kites. We brought musical instruments and used the bottom level as a sound studio. No worries about neighbor complaints!!! The place is well stocked with cooking and dining needs. Beds are comfy. We will definitely keep it in mind for a future get together.

This unique house was an excellent space to celebrate a family birthday weekend. The location and proximity to the beach was amazing and the game room provided hours of entertainment!

Had a wonderful stay at this home. Tons of stuff for children to do, my kids called it the "fun house"! Great location with just a short walk to the beach. The house was laid out well for multiple families. We would definitely go back.

Stayed at this beautiful house for my fiancé's 30th and it was so much fun! There is plenty of rooms, plenty of space, and the cleanliness of the home was impeccable. The basement was the most fun of all with a ping pong table, basketball game, darts, and air hockey table! We will definitely be staying there again!

This place is great! Our group absolutely loved this home. It was in the perfect location, nice and spacious and was in great condition. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed with fewer people than originally anticipated, and the layout worked well. The blueprint is kind of odd, but in our case it meant each family had a suite. Grandparents in one wing, a family with in the other, and single adults were upstairs. Every couple had their own bathroom, which was a nice bonus. Location was great!!! Quick walk to the local beach, super close to Nauset Beach, 10mins into Orleans, and about 30mins to Provincetown. Street was very quiet and secluded. House has a well appointed kitchen, lots of toys for kids, and a fully stocked beach shed with chairs, sand toys, and even a bike.

The house was beautiful, and our group had such a good time. We stayed at Veronika and Thomas's house for 3 nights, and out of those two days it was raining outside. However, the house had enough activities for us to do that it worked out perfectly fine. Thank youuu for being such a great host Veronika and Thomas!

If you are looking for a great family house in Eastham this place was perfect. We had 6 adults and 6 children and fit perfectly. The layout of the house is a bit different but was perfect for allowing everyone some space. The basement playroom was perfect for the kids and adults. Firepit outside was perfect for roasting marshmallows and gathering after the long days at the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to Thumpertown Beach (bayside) so we opted to venture out to the Atlantic side and finish our days with sunsets there. Location was great to explore other areas of the Cape - we would definitely rent again!

We really enjoyed this beautiful cottage. It is super cozy, with unusual layout. It has plenty of space to have family time together, family dinners, beautiful outdoor space. We enjoyed having 2 separate living rooms, watching girly movies on one side , while guys enjoyed their shows in the other living room. Basement downstairs has a great game room. Kitchen has plenty of room for cooking. Location is perfect , only down the road to the beach, we enjoyed our beautiful 5-10 min walk every day. Thumbertown beach was not crowded at all. It is a bay beach, so we really enjoyed low tides and then watching them turning into high tides. Sunset was absolutely amazing! I would go back in the heartbeat! We had the best vacation with our family and friends! Veronica and Thomas are wonderful hosts and have absolutely amazing and cozy home.

Great location - plenty of space and an easy pleasant walk to the bay side beaches. Veronika and Thomas are great and thoughtful hosts. The house has every beach amenity you could need and a great game room in the basement.

For many years our family had a reunion on Labor Day weekend at my brother's home in Eastham. Alas, he sold it last year. We were all anxious as to how things would go in a new house. Would it be as nice as his house? Would all of us get a bed? Veronika and Thomas's house more than fit the bill. It is beautifully decorated in a simple Cape Cod style. The contemporary kitchen has everything we needed to prepare and cook the quahogs we had harvested. The quirky set up of the house allowed us to spread out so the kids could play video games or foosball in the family room while the adults could relax in the living room. Being able to walk to the beach was ideal rather than piling into cars and driving to the beach. All in all, it was a great weekend of "Forced Family Fun". We hope to return next year!
