House had it all from Barbies and Thomas the tank trains to pool rafts, ping pong, fire pit, gorgeous grounds, well maintained pool/jacuzzi. A beautiful home with lots of space to sprawl out and relax!

Perfect stay! I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Everything was just as expected -checkin process was smooth, House was immaculate, the pool and hot tabs amazing and everything worked just right. Location was convenient to the beach and restaurants. I even enjoyed seeing a drive-in movie! Thank you for a great week!!

The house is quite lovely, clean, private, and has lots of places to sit and talk in small or large groups - both inside and out. Overall, it was a great place, Veronika and Thomas were very nice, responsive, and helpful, and we would definitely visit again. The pool was heated which was very nice, and the landscaping is amazing. We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed this house this summer. The homeowner was great to work with and made the process very easy. We had had 11 people staying there, including 4 young kids and this house had the perfect set up and amount of space for us.

Kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies. They had extra beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to use and their garage had a fun game room for the kids. The newly added pool was a great addition. We could go to the beach in the morning and come back and enjoy the pool in the evening.

Location was great! A short 5 minute drive to all of Eastham's bay beaches. We enjoy Campground Beach, it is perfect for people with small kids and the water is very warm. Also, this location is close to some of our favorite restaurants to visit in both Eastham and Wellfleet.

We booked this property to stay for our Summer vacation on Cape Cod due to the spacious home and proximity to attractions we wanted to visit. It was our first time staying at Veronika and Thomas's home and the description fit our needs, but the home once we arrived was beyond our expectations! We vacationed with 2 other families, all with kids ranging in age from 4 - 18 yrs old and there was plenty of space, and things to do for everyone! The bedrooms were so comfortable and quiet. The boys had fun playing video games and ping pong on the ping pong table in the garage. The neighborhood is fantastic for walks and a short walk or bike to the beach. There are beach chairs in the garage, and another refrigerator for beverages or whatever you need. Lot's of toys for kids too. The yard and pack porches are spectacular! There is a nice hammock in the yard to fall asleep and the yard is very private and beautiful. The location is excellent and just about a 20 minute drive to Provincetown. We will definitely return to Veronika and Thomas's place next year for another wonderful vacation! Also, there is a grocery store and shopping plaza not far from the house if you need regular staples like bread, milk, etc.

Veronika and Thomas were great hosts! Their home is beautiful and clean - great for a big family (or multiple families) -- or in our case 2 couples. It is in a great location - we were able to explore the National Seashore, enjoy Truro Winery and it was only a 25 minute drive down to Chatham for a stroll down the Main Street shops. We started every morning with a walk down to the beach - how can you beat that? While the inside of the home is beautifully decorated, the backyard also has a great deck (table/chairs for eating outdoors) and a fire pit. The home included many amenities (including a grill and outdoor shower) and small kitchen appliances/tools, which allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner at the house. Instructions were very clear and included in the home on how to use the electronics, HVAC, days for trash/recycling, clean-up, etc. We had the best week, thank you! show more show less

My family has been renting houses around Eastham for about 30 summers (and counting!) and we have had fun trying new spaces as our group has grown over time. This house is definitely one of the nicest we've stayed at. Veronika and Thomas have done a lovely job with the decor and amenities. There is plenty of space for a large group, tons of games to keep the kids entertained, and a nice outdoor space (including a great fire pit for s'mores). It is a walkable distance to Sunken Meadow beach (great for a morning walk, although if you plan to haul a bunch of beach gear and/or small kids, you'll want to get a beach sticker and drive/park). Overall, a great choice!
