Comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floor plan featuring a large dining room and living room, and a brand new, well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, new quartz countertops, and new stainless appliances. Each bedroom has a ductless AC unit (new 2025) and a main living area unit so guests stay cool on the hot summer days.

Once inside, make yourself at home in the open floor plan main level where the newly updated kitchen opens up into a dining room and living room with cathedral ceilings and striking wood beams. The kitchen is complete with updated appliances and a breakfast "peninsula" perfect for bringing together family and friends. <br /> <br /> Off of the dining room is a slider that opens up to a large back deck perfect for outdoor dining. Use the grill to cook up some local seafood and serve on the outdoor table with seating for 6. Adjacent to dining area are two Adirondack chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage while listening to the birds and taking in the recently installed backyard flower garden. <br /> <br /> Just off of the deck you'll find a spacious cedar outdoor shower (new 2025) - a must have on Cape Cod - where you can shower under the trees and under the starlit sky. <br /> <br /> Enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights on the deck - with the ocean just over a mile away, the waves can be heard on clear, quiet nights (and the reflection of the Nauset Lighthouse beam on foggier nights!) <br /> <br /> - Perfect for hikes to oceanside cliffs - just over one mile to breathtaking views of the Atlantic. <br /> <br /> - 5 minute drive to Nauset Light Beach (or a ~12 minute bike ride!) and just a few minutes further to Coast Guard Beach - famous for being consistently rated as one of the world's top beaches. <br /> <br /> - 2 minute bike ride to an entrance of the Cape Cod Rail Trail - a 25 mile paved bicycle/jogging trail stretching from Yarmouth to Wellfleet<br /> <br /> - Just over a half mile off of Route 6 (though it feels like worlds away) for quick access to the Cape's main stretch!<br /> <br /> Featuring 3 bedrooms: 2 on main level (1: Queen, 2: two twin beds) and third (king master with en suite bath) upstairs. 2 full baths total plus outdoor shower.<br /> <br /> PLEASE NOTE: Linens are not provided, please plan to bring your own or we can arrange for linen service through our cleaners (paid directly to them).
