We stayed at Ryan and Leeann's home and were so impressed with the attention to detail. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The home is well stocked and our family had a lovely time.

My daughter, son-in-law, grandson and sister stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us - very quiet with a large yard to play in, plenty of parking, easy access to both the bay and the ocean. The house was clean, bright and stocked with pretty much anything you would need. The owners were accessible and responsive. It is entirely as advertised.

We had a great time at The Getaway. This home was modern, clean, spacious, and the owners stocked it with everything a traveler could possibly need for a Cape vacation! Beach toys, wagon, beach umbrellas, and beach towels were all provided. We steamed Lobsters in the propane lobster pot, toasted marshmallows for s'mores over the fire pit, and many family members enjoyed a relaxing swing in the hammock. Large private yard for the kids and dogs. Walkable distance to a Bay beach, and very short drive to the National Seashore beaches. Owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Loved our stay here. Would highly recommend this vacation home.

My family had a great beach getaway at Ryan and Leann's house. It was clean, comfortable, and had all you need for cooking and grilling plus games and toys for the kids. Peaceful neighborhood and a nice stroll to Cooks Brook Beach. Communication with the hosts was great. Would recommend!

My husband and I rented Ryan and Leeann's home for a summer vacation with our two adult daughters, son-in-law and two grandchildren. The location was walkable to a bayside beach that was perfect for our three-year-old granddaughter and bikeable to the rail trail and Nauset Light Beach. Impeccably clean, wonderful open layout, bright and airy, well-stocked - from kitchen gadgets to fluffy beach towels to beach chairs and wagons, nicely appointed with great flow to the outside deck and firepit in the yard. Having two bedrooms and a full bathroom on each level worked well for us. Ryan and Leeann are great communicators and were flexible in acccomodating a special request related to our six-month-old grandson. We hope to come back when we can get the crew together again!

We lucked out on this vacation home. To find such a wonderful - clean- place, with an amazing location that allows dogs is a rare find. We (and our parents) were a family of 5 adults, one 8 year old and 2 yellow labs. The house was the perfect size, enough beds/rooms, bathrooms, and space inside and out. Our dogs were relaxed and settled immediately (if you know, you know). We enjoyed the distance to Cooks Brook as well as all other beaches and towns. We appreciated the amenities and not having to pack towels, linens, and large beach items. The end of the day sunsets at Cooks ------beautiful!!!

We enjoyed our week at the Cape in Ryan and Leeann's home. The yard is set up very nicely and is large and private. We had no issues with the kids playing in the yard and enjoying the Hammick. The home was roomy for the 9 of us and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Kitchen set up for eating and playing games while cooking was wonderful I could not keep the guys away from the firepit on the nights we stayed at the house. Very nice addition to a vacation home. The beds are very comfortable which is not always the case for the 30+ years we have vacationed on the Cape. There is nothing worse than sleeping on uncomfortable, older than 10-year mattresses for 7 nights! The outdoor shower was wonderful as it was large enough for my children to be in there with the grandchildren. It was very clean and private, so we used it frequently especially on our beach days. Ryan and Leeann were great hosts and responded to questions etc. faster than i have experienced in the past rentals.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Getaway. The house was equipped with everything that we needed. The bedrooms were nice and had plenty of space to fit our family comfortably. Highly recommended for a larger-sized group. The house is centrally located to beaches, both bay side and Atlantic side. The closest beach was less than a mile away, so very easy to walk to. The rental had beach equipment for us to use: umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor shower and the fire pit! :) Eastham is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. We spent a week at the Getaway and couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The house is clean, well laid out, fully updated, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. It made our trip so stress-free to know that the house had everything we needed. The backyard is also INCREDIBLE. We have a toddler, and he could not get enough of the backyard--such a plus for families (and for evening hangouts).

The location simply can't be beat---10 min walk to a beautiful beach, short drives to everywhere you'd want to go, right near delicious restaurants, 10 mins to a big grocery store...you really couldn't ask for more.

Ryan and LeeAnn are such helpful hosts. We can't wait to return!

The house was perfect for all 10 of us! Kids and adults felt right at home! The backyard fire pit was a morning and evening gathering point! Kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. Plenty of towels, laundry items, cleaning products, sunscreens, even bandaids!

Hosts were always quick to respond to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion and stay!

Our family had a terrific week at The Getaway. Our group consisted of my husband and me, our son, daughter-in-law and two young grandsons. The two bedrooms and bath upstairs along with two bedrooms and bath downstairs gave us all a little privacy and the open concept kitchen, dining, living space was perfect for all of our family time (essentially all the time). We grilled and ate dinner every night on the deck, my grandsons ran and ran around the large yard and making s'mores around the fire pit was a favorite activity! Ryan and LeeAnn were excellent hosts - they were very responsive to any question or concern we had. We love this area in Eastham with it's close proximity to great beaches. We would definitely come back again!

Our family had an amazing stay at this home. The owners Ryan and Leeann we very responsive to questions and the home was welcoming and perfect for our vacation. We have been renting for almost 30 years in Cape Cod and this is one of the top 3 rental homes we have ever stayed in.

This house was exactly as described. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Roomy bedrooms that have space for pack and plays for kids to sleep. Close proximity to the beach is always nice. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in this lovely Eastham home near Cooks Brook Beach. The house is a renovated raised ranch in excellent condition with a great kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 additional bedrooms downstairs. The house has central air and renovated bathrooms and a nice outdoor shower. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful, well maintained home close to everything. It's in walking/biking distance to bayside beach and a short drive or bike ride to ocean side. The kitchen is a cooks dream. Everything you need to make family size meals plus the bbq and propane lobster steamer. House had great amenities, clean and an ample supply of towels and extra blankets. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Perfect for a large family or groups of friends. Great yard for lawn games and s'more making in the fire pit.

Ryan and Leeann's house was the perfect vacation home for our family of ten! We have been coming to the Cape for many years and decided to stay in a new town. We are so glad we chose their home because this was by far our best trip yet. We can't wait to stay here next summer. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, and stocked with all the supplies you will need for a fun week away. The beach around the corner was perfect for our young kids and the National Seashore is a short drive away. P-Town is 35 minutes away and made for a fun day trip. Lots of great eats near by, including Hole in One Bakery and Arnold's Restaurant & Ice Cream Shop. Ryan and Leeann were wonderful and always communicated in a timely manner. Enjoy your stay here and we are looking forward to our next one!

House was exactly as pictured. Was very clean and well equipped. Property was kept up very well. Gramma really enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach! A beautiful place to stay. This house is the perfect family getaway. The fact that all the sheets towels and essential items are stocked, make it so easy to enjoy yourself. It's so close to Cooks Brook Beach that we would walk or bike. We loved the outdoor shower, hammock and fire pit! The kitchen has everything you need including some spices and basic items. The Eastham Superette is just a quick drive away as is Sam's Deli and our favorite ice cream place…Nauset!

Place was incredible, lots of space with outdoor shower and firepit! Short walk from Cooks Brook beach where we caught an amazing sunset. Ryan recommended a couple local places - Red Barn for pizza, and Mac's for seafood - and both were delicious. Looking forward to the next time we can stay with Ryan!

Very clean, and a lot of space. Only about a ten minute walk to the greatest beach! The area was also quiet, and close to restaurants, shops, and ice cream.

Wow. I can't believe how well thought out this property is. Everything you need is there to enjoy your vacation. Beach items in the shed to borrow. Fire pit with wood. Lounge chairs, deck, outdoor shower. Interior is open floor plan with lots of windows to let in the sun and fresh salty air. Decor, furniture and appliances are all up to date. Well kept and very clean. The beach with calm waters is perfect for children, great fishing and swimming. We can't wait to return. Thank you Ryan & Leeann for all your great suggestions and help.
