Stay within the National Seashore and walk to ocean beaches! Listen to the waves all night when you stay at this secluded home just a few hundred feet from the ocean. Located within the National Seashore, walkable to Coast Guard Beach or Nauset Light. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a cozy, wood-filled interior. Unwind with your family at this special location at the very outer edge of the Cape.

Bedrooms include a large ground floor bedroom (queen + day bed with pull-out trundle to become a king) and two second floor bedrooms (one with two twin twin beds and one with three). Each floor has a full bathroom. Amenities include internet, laundry, outdoor shower, fire pit, and gas grill. Garage game room includes ping pong, darts, fusball and small pool table. Coast Guard beach is less than ten minutes' walk from the house.

    Memorial Day Week Getaway

    We had a great time in Eastham with perfect weather and perfect accommodations. The house was so comfortable!! Nice deck and lawn furniture and fire pit to come back from the beach and still enjoy the outdoors. The house was well stocked with cook ware, and all the comforts of home, coffee maker, tea kettle, lots of dishes and a nice big pot for us to cook lobster and corn, burgers etc on the grill. Nice big screen TV to watch the Celtics on. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Nice book shelf in the master bedroom with books to borrow and enjoy. Imagine my surprise when I went to the garage and found a ping pong table, dart board and foosball table. Lots of fun! Right down the street from Coast Guard Beach, such an easy beach, park, jump on the tram and there you are, bath house etc. Not to mention beach chairs to borrow if needed. We could not have been happier, we will be back. Thank you for letting us feel like home in your home!!! show more show less

    Great stay for girls getaway

    We just got back from spending a week at Shawns rental. House was clean , kitchen well appointed and necessities provided. We were a group of 6 , bedrooms were roomy and beds comfortable. Yard was very private and walk to Coastgaurd Beach short. We also found it very easy to access bike trails .Location was perfect for catching a sunrise. Shawn was attentive and easy to reach Look forward to coming back next year

    Perfect Location!

    Perfect location - close to gorgeous beaches and all the best this area of The Cape has to offer. House was clean, roomy and the outdoor shower was amazing! Definitely coming back. Thanks Shawn!

    Great spot, quiet, private. Sounds of surf and birds.
