We had a lovely stay at this quiet, spacious, property offering privacy, convenience to beaches, hiking trails, and Rt.6. It offers enough space for family togetherness inside and outside, as well as solitude when needed. Great airflow for normal breezy days, and great cooling if needed on the unexpected hot days. It offered all the amenities we needed, and Kristin was always available to answer any question or address any problem (We had no problems). My wife, stepdaughter and myself had the pleasure of staying at Kristinp's home this past week. The house is conveniently located near all the popular beaches in the Wellfleet - Eastham area. Access to great restaurants was easy as well. The house is set back in a quiet area with no traffic and a lot of trees to insure a quiet stay. There is plenty of room for a family to enjoy themselves. Outdoor grilling is a favorite of mine and I thoroughly enjoyed use of their grill. We would definitely come back!! show more show less

We had a terrific stay at this house. The location was a perfect jumping off spot for all the best beaches on the Cape, while allowing us to retire each day into woodsy serenity. Proximity to the bike trail was a big plus. The house had everything we needed - functional kitchen, nice new deck, comfortable mattresses, good showers, and more space to spread out than we expected. A beautiful home nicely secluded from busy streets but still just a short drive to the beaches, stores, and restaurants. The house is in beautiful condition and well cared for. Hosts were friendly, attentive, and responsive to any and all of our needs or questions. Highly recommended for your next outer cape getaway!

thoroughly enjoyed this house. tucked away on the edge of national seashore property, yet close to everything we wanted to do. my favorite feature by far was a fabulous little trail right by the house that takes you all the way to Nauset Light. a great little bike ride to the beach on a trail you have all to yourselves!

My family and I stayed at Kristin's place and had a wonderful time. The property was clean and modern and the surrounding area was very quiet and private. Although my teenagers slept half the day, the location was perfect. We accessed the bike trail, eateries, and the local beaches very easily.

We had a wonderful week at this home. The house is spacious and comfortable for eating in and out on the deck. We had a few really hot days and the house stayed cool. We loved the setting in the woods - close to Nauset Light Beach and the many bike trails.

We have been vacationing in Eastham for years and this home is a stand out! The open floor plan of the living spaces and the less is more decorating aesthetic added to a more relaxing home experience. We never felt like we were temporarily invading someone else's space. The home was meticulously clean, the air conditioning kept the home cool, sofas were comfortable, outdoor grill was upkept, outdoor shower was spacious, washer/dryer were new, location was close to everything, yet private - this rental had it all. Our host was very responsive, nice, a great rentor! We would definitely rent again. show more show less
