My family and I had an amazing week in Justine's Eastham home! The home was clean, spacious, and sooo relaxing. Central air was so key since we had a partial heatwave at the beginning of our week there. We loved that it's on a quiet dead end road and the neighbors were so quiet too. The short walk to the bayside was greatly appreciated and the beach equipment and especially the backpack beach chairs that were available made it that much easier. The beds were extremely comfy and my kids complained that the ones at our own house were not as good..lol. The kitchen had everything we needed and the modern lighting made it easy to see what we were cooking and cleaning…adjustable dimmer for the win! The gas grill made it a breeze and I really appreciated having a 2nd propane tank ready to go right there. Finally, Justine was such a good communicator and her friendly tone came through both through email and when we chatted on the phone briefly. My family and I are already looking forward to next summer here!

We rented on Bow Road for an extended family vacation. Our group was 7 people, aged 12 months to 78 years, and we all loved this house! The central a/c made the heat wave outside bearable and the house was in pristine condition. Everything worked: the kitchen, the bedroom configuration, the outdoor shower, the large and small living rooms, the washer and dryer. To tell the truth, it was a bit of a comedown to return home and find our own house projects that still need doing. We plan on returning next summer! show more show less

Our family rented the Bowtide last week for 7 nights. Everything about the house was great. It was fresh, neat and clean and well appointed. The pictures and description on VRBO are on point. The bay beach was so close. The grandkids loved walking out to the water in low tide and loved swimming in high tide. The ocean was just a short drive to going boogie boarding. Biking to get ice cream in the evenings was a breeze. All the local restaurants we tried were great. The Bowtide was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. show more show less

Five Stars. Lovely Vacation. We have stayed on the Cape many times and Justine's home was tops for what we were looking for (me aged 65, my 3 children ages 15, 19 and 23 and my mother aged 90). Campground Landing is an excellent location with ease to both the best Cape Ocean and Bay beaches as well numerous activities and restaurants in great towns like Orleans, Chatham, Wellfleet, Dennis/Yarmouth and Provincetown. 4 bedrooms with 2 baths and an outdoor shower along with a spacious an open living area and a large outdoor deck in a nice quiet neighborhood was just perfect. 5/5 Cute house with everything available for your family. Went for a three days trip to Eastham and it was an amazing experience. Rental is same as shown in the pictures. Comfortable and clean house. Walk to the beach was very short around 5-6 mins and the view was amazing during the high tide. During low tide you can walk for long into the area. And the sunset was breathtaking from the beach. Its almost like you are in a private beach and can spend a full day there. Rental is close to everything grocery store, bakery and provincetown is only 30 mins. Speaking of the host, Justine is a great host, very responsive and flexible. She offered us an early check in and was also flexible with our late check out too. My family was fortunate to take the "maiden voyage" on this very quaint beach house. We were lucky to find it so late in the summer after new ownership in June. In a matter of weeks, every room was transformed with new paint, furniture, and an updated fully stocked kitchen. Fantastic deck with a large table and couch. Plenty of places to store beach supplies and bicycles around the yard. We are beach people! So convenience getting to the beach is paramount. The 5 minute walk to the beach is accurate but you have to cut through some woods which is not easy carrying so much gear. I found it easier to drop off the gear, friends and family at one of the nearby bay beaches then bike 5 minutes back to join them. Purchasing a weekly beach pass offers the option of going to any bay beach or you can pay a daily rate at Camp Ground Beach.
This property was spic and span clean and had all the amenities needed for a beach rental.
