My family and I had a wonderful stay at Suzanne's house in Eastham. We found the house both comfortable and inviting.
The master bedroom was stunning with its own deck, high cathedral ceilings, a large walk-in shower and comfy bed. The adjoining bedrooms while smaller were equally charming, well appointed and comfortable.
There was ample room for all of us to stretch out in the living room on plush but casual couches, play games or watch the big screen tv. There's a sunroom with more cozy sofas, a terrific deck with a gas grill and a view of our favorite tree on the property, surrounded by a lush lawn large enough for games and exercise.
My favorite part of the house was the kitchen which is stocked with everything you might need such as a food processor, a variety of cookware, large refrigerator, and Keurig single coffee maker, as well as a larger drip pot for multiple cups.
We were glad to find a ping- pong table on the back porch as well as bicycles, beach chairs, and plenty of coolers for trips to nearby beaches.
We all really enjoyed our stay and couldn't recommend it more highly. In fact, on the last day we all agreed we'd love to come back again next year and make it a family tradition.

Our family stayed for one week at this beautiful home. The location was perfectly suited as we love both the bay beaches & the National seashore which are all just a short drive. The home is well stocked, everything was provided including linens & towels. Suzanne is a terrific host & stayed in touch from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this rental & I can't wait to return

From the moment we walked into this house, we felt at home. We spent two amazing weeks with family from Arizona, California and Delaware. The location of the house was perfect. We were close to the Orleans area for groceries and had easy access to the bike path and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches. When we were at home, there was plenty of places for everyone to spread out, both inside and out. The house is well built and solid so it was quiet from upstairs to downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to prepare meals for a large crowd. The linens and towels were well stocked and in great condition.
The house is situated on conservation land and feels very private.The first few days we were there a mama hawk was teaching her babies to fly. They gave us a show. She must have done her job because we did not see them later in the week. Several days, we saw a deer in the back of the yard.
Suzanne, the homeowner, was extremely helpful with information and responding to any questions. The house is well stocked and we had everything we needed.
This house is comfortable and inviting and is a perfect home base to enjoy all the Cape has to offer.
Another bonus…. When you figure out the back roads you avoid the need to get on busy Route 6. Find the points where the back roads intersect with Route 6 at a traffic light to be able to go left/north towards Wellfleet.

We greatly enjoyed the house, the spacious downstairs, the lovely terrace, and the location. There is not much noise, even though a road runs in front of the house. A quick walk down to the bay area, bike rides starting from the house, shopping a few minutes away.

We Need a Vacation did not disappoint me and my guest at all on this rental property!!
Suzanne responded right away letting me know she had the date available. We did all the necessary paperwork and payment to finalize the rental with no issues. She was so easy to speak to and explained everything about her home over the phone. She also replied to any questions I had while we were at her home.

When we arrived we were amazed how beautiful and clean her home was. The property is magnificent. Sometimes the pictures are better then they are once you get to a rental, not this home everything was perfect. She also had beautiful Sunflowers in a vase with a note and a extra special treat to start our vacation with our family and friends we haven't spent much time with because of Covid.

Our favorite part of the house was the kitchen (has everything you would have in your own kitchen plus more), kitchen table (square and seats 8) and the back yard. Of course I could go on and on about all the bedrooms and bathrooms, which were beautiful as well.

The beach down the street was perfect to see the sunset. We did a few day trips to ProvinceTown, Cahoon Hallow Beach, Beach Comber for food and drinks and Nickerson State Park. Her home is in a great location for fun day trips.

She does have 6 beach chairs so remember to bring extra if you have more people staying at the house. She also has coolers (we brought our own) if you need them for the beach.

I just can't say enough about her property and what a warm and friendly person to deal with. We are looking forward to keeping our tradition going to rent Suzanne's home next year. Thanks again for a perfect and much needed time away!! show more show less
