This traditional Cape Cod saltbox style home is set on a 1/2 acre shaded lot in a quiet ocean side neighborhood. It is only 1 1/2 miles (an easy bike ride) to the National Seashore's beautiful Nauset Light Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. National Seashore's Coast Guard Beach, the shallow, warm, Eastham beaches on Cape Cod Bay, and Eastham ponds are a short drive. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than 2/10 mile away, and it's less than a mile to free tennis at Nauset H.S. Shopping, mini-golf, ice cream shops, and restaurants are all nearby.

With two bedrooms up, two bedrooms down, and two full baths with tubs/showers, this house works well for 1 large or 2 small families. Enter from the large deck to a spacious living room (with fireplace), dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen, including a full-size dishwasher. At the other end of the first floor, you will find a full bath and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with three singles. On the second floor there is another full bath and two bedrooms; a master with a queen bed plus a large walk-in closet and the other with three singles. A high chair and Graco Pack 'n Play are available.

This house has central air and central heat. There are TVs in the living room and master bedroom, an assortment of puzzles, games, and even a ping pong table to enjoy after returning from a day at the beach. Exterior amenities include a gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and large deck. The driveway provides parking for 4 cars.
