Welcome to our charming three-bedroom, one-bath cottage located in a unique neighborhood on the bay. Enjoy an ''old-fashioned'' Cape Cod vacation with beautiful sunsets over the bay. The Bay is the perfect place for small children to play on the beach as the tide seems to go out for miles.

Take a short walk (under 1/4 mile) to the private association beach. Cart included to carry your beach gear. Enjoy the private neighborhood, where you can walk and enjoy the private roads and beautiful sunsets!

We are excited to share our cottage and have some significant updates coming this spring! We are replacing the deck with Azek decking and cable railing. The house will be re-sided with new porch windows, a back patio, and a fire pit. We are excited to update the outbuilding into a she-shed for a place to escape or to send the teens for their own space.

You will enter into a small and functional kitchen from the back patio. Through the kitchen, you can enter the dining porch and the large living room with a fireplace which has direct access to the large deck. Off the living room is the primary bedroom with french doors to the deck, a second queen-sized bedroom, a kid's room, and a full bath with a shower/tub combo.

To help ease access to the one bathroom, we have added full-length mirrors to each bedroom, a washing/rinse station outside the back door, and a large enclosed outdoor shower behind the she-shed.
