In addition to the main cottage, we have a separate unit that's perfect for teens or anyone looking for a fun hangout spot. The unit features a TV, sofa, hanging chair, mini fridge, and a table for playing games.
For those cool Cape Cod nights, gather around the gas fireplace on the large outdoor patio and enjoy the warmth and ambiance.
The cottage features a primary queen-sized bedroom with a French slider to the deck, a second queen-sized bedroom, and a kid's room, offering comfortable accommodations for up to seven guests. We've added full-length mirrors to each bedroom, making it easy for guests to get ready for the day or a night out.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we've added a washing/rinse station outside the back door, and a large enclosed outdoor shower behind the hangout cottage, easing access to the one bathroom.
The washer/dryer is conveniently located outside under the house, making laundry a breeze. And to ensure you have a stress-free vacation, linens are included in the price.
