Our newly renovated, bright & modern 3BD+2BA home is located in the heart of Cape Cod, just a four-minute drive from 7+ bay and ocean beaches and freshwater swimming pond in Eastham. The scenic 25 mile Cape Cod Rail Trail is just steps away. There are 3 bedrooms, sleeper sofa, bunk beds and many gathering spaces fit the whole family.
There is an open dining & living room, finished basement TV & game room, outdoor patio with BBQ, fire pit, dining & lounge area.

House Details:

The Kingsbury Beach House is the perfect family getaway, centrally located in Eastham, just minutes away from the beaches, ponds, bike trail, restaurants and entertainment. Location on the main level, the master bedroom retreat has a California King bed with an en suite bathroom, walk-in shower and two large closets. A brand new portable Pottery Barn crib is tucked away in the closet with plenty of room for the baby to sleep in the master bedroom or rolled into another room. Also located on the main level, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes 2 twin beds, and a pull-out trundle. The second bathroom has a shower and large tub which is perfect for bathing kids after a day at the beach. There is central air-conditioning and heat on the entire top floor of the house, as well as a separate heat thermostat in the basement and a large supply of stand fans.

The bright, open living room has a brand new Article couch with a chaise lounge (also a sleeper sofa), which opens up into the dining room with a large table that seats 6+. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, stove, toaster and microwave with all the necessities to cook and serve meals. The side entry next to the kitchen also has a full laundry area with a washer and dryer.

The lower level features over 1,000 square feet of a finished basement - the perfect hang-out spot for rainy days, late nights, and early morning kiddos. Log into your Netflix and other streaming services or hook up your gaming system to the 65 inch TV. The space also includes a billiards table and dartboard for the adults. A sleeping nook includes a twin over full bunk bed and the futon couch offers additional sleeping options, perfect for older kids. Working remotely? Hook up to reliable, fast wifi and work comfortably at the spacious desk with a monitor and office chair.

The outdoor space features a patio with a bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee, a large dining table, cozy lounge seating and a hammock. Guests are free to BBQ on the deck and enjoy the wood-burning fire pit. An outdoor shower is conveniently located on the side of the house to rinse off after returning from the beach or pond. The front shed has kayaks, beach chairs, toys, cornhole and fishing poles which guests are free to use during their stay.

Guest Access:

The home is conveniently located near the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike and walking path. We have ample room for parking up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Location:

We are located on the popular bayside of Eastham. You'll be just a quick few minutes bike/car ride to Great Pond and Wiley Park (great for swimming with littles!), First Encounter Beach, Thumpertown Beach, the Bike Path, and much more. Eastham's famous Arnold's restaurant is just a drive across Route 6.

*The house and property are only open to registered guests on the booking reservation. Bringing additional guests not on the reservation is not permitted unless we give written approval in advance of the stay
