You and your family cannot beat the charm of this two bedroom house in Eastham. Water views out the sun room & tons of natural light brings the outdoors in, sit back and relax at the night by the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Come unwind and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer.

Your home away from home has everything you need to enjoy all that the Cape has to offer from relaxing at the beach to fishing, hiking, shopping and eating in town.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals: refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is an espresso maker and a Keurig for coffee lovers!

The kitchen is an eat in kitchen with a dining table and room for four.

Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking/serving items including: cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware.

The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, a real wood burning fireplace, and large smart TV with streaming capabilities and 150+ channels. You can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc.

Off the kitchen is a charming sun room with lounge chairs and faux fireplace, water views from this room are stunning!

The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also an outdoor shower.

Outdoors: Charming yard with fire pit, outdoor seating as well as a gas grill and outdoor shower!

Two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: queen size bed
Bedroom 2: twin trundle bed, aka the bed pulls out to become two twin size beds.
Both bedrooms have televisions with streaming capabilities.

One level living with only one step to enter the home, perfect for those with mobility issues.

Parking for 3 cars, central AC to keep you cool during the summer. Hotel quality 100% cotton linens, towels, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash all provided for our guests. As well as everything else you need for a great stay, including a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machines, detergent, and more!

Although no beach within walking distance, you can rent a kayak right across the street at Goose Hummock Marine Shop. read more show less

    This house was great for our fall weekend getaway. We used this as a launching point for exploring the area. While the place is very comfy, some rooms are smaller in size. It had everything we needed to make some meals, play games, and explore the Cape

    Excellent stay! I've been coming to the area for 30 years and never realized that this road existed. Right off of rt 6 but you would never never know! Perfect road to walk my dog with beautiful water views and historic homes.

    Home was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including washer and dryer which I did not realize was there! Right next to the grocery store so easy to get settled quickly the day that we arrived.

    The boys and I did a "local day" and walked to lunch at The Knack, shopping at Nauset Surf, mini golf at cape escape adventure golf, and then penny candy across the street! Perfect day.

    Drew was extremely responsive and flexible as I had to bring my dog last minute! Thank you for everything!!!     show more show less

    My husband, our two dogs and I had a lovely 2 night stay at this property. It's centrally located to any needs you may have but still quiet even though the house was close to downtown Orleans. The amenities were plentiful and made our stay comfortable.
