2.7 miles to Coastguard Beach/ less than 2 miles to the parking lot that has a shuttle which will take you to the beach, 14-minute bicycle ride, 4-minute drive to the shuttle.
Bayside has plenty of beaches to choose from - Campground Beach is our favorite. Just 1.7 miles away a 5–6-minute drive or 10-minute bicycle ride (Gorgeous Postcard Sunsets).
If salt water isn't your thing, it's only 1.6 miles to Great Pond Beach.
Less than a mile from Arnolds and 4 tenths of a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
Just Minutes from a large variety of sit-down or take-out dining establishments.

This large spacious home is on a private road that offers amazing starry nights and fun for all, or if a quiet time is what you seek, this is an ideal vacation spot for either or both. Curl up in one of the many hammocks with a good book, chill out on the large patio under the retractable umbrella or turn on the gas firepit and enjoy life.
There are 3 separate entrances to this lovely home, 2 on the main floor and 1 around back to the lower level.
As you walk in the front door you can't help but notice the wide-open main level living room that has a 65-inch smart tv with Bose surround sound system and an L shaped sectional. There are 2 end tables, one of which has board and card games for your enjoyment, also a really cool large birdcage chair that's awesome for snuggling up and reading a good book. Through the door you'll find the main floor kitchen and dining area. The dining table can seat up to 8 comfortably. The kitchen offers a large SS fridge with built-in filtered water dispenser and ice maker. A whisper quiet dishwasher. Air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, a double door electric oven, tea kettle, above oven microwave, culinary knife set in addition to the other utensils, nonstick pots and pans, big mixing bowls, a handheld mixer and what would a cape house be without a large pot to boil those lobstahs.
Off the kitchen you'll find the 1/2 bath. Through the sliding doors you can walk out onto the deck that has a weber gas grill and outdoor dining. A bit to sunny for you while sitting at the table, just press the remote for the retractable awning. Back in the house just off the dining area you'll find a cozy sunroom with its own sliding glass door. A bit further down is the main floor bedroom with sofa, queen bed, dresser and 45'' smart tv. This room has its own door out to the porch. Next door is the family game room w/ a shuffleboard & foosball table, darts, large sofa, 55'' smart tv, mini bar, full size fridge and am/fm receiver, also 1 of our laundry areas and side entrance/exit.
Back in the house by the front door is a staircase heading upstairs where you'll find a toy filled playroom for the little ones, the kid's room which has a bunk bed (full size bottom/twin on top), an extra twin, 30'' tv, closet and a changing table with drawers. A full-size bathroom with linen closet and bath that has a shower dispenser filled with premium bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. Next to that is the main bedroom with a queen size bed, nightstand, closet, dresser and a 42'' smart tv.
Back to the main floor there is a staircase next to the 1/2 bath heading downstairs to the fully finished basement, here you'll find additional sleeping, should you need it. A full kitchen with stove, full size fridge, coffee maker, additional laundry room, dining table for 6, a full-size living room that has 2 sofas (1 is a Serta pull out queen), 50'' tv, second full bath with same bath dispenser as upstairs. Out the sliding door you'll end up in the lower level yard where there is 1 outside shower, a morning coffee table and chairs, a picnic table, a couple of relaxing yard chairs, a hammock and kids play set.
Head up to the main level yard and you'll find our organic garden, (depending on season and availability), you can help yourself to strawberries, cherry tomatoes, Chinese onions, oregano, mint, rhubarb and some other seasonal herbs, in the later summer we have 2 awesome apple trees to pick from. Beyond that is a second outdoor shower (not enclosed) great for rinsing off the sand from a great day at the beach. There is a freestanding cloths-line to hang up towels etc. Want to chill, this is also where you'll find our large furnished patio with a retractable led umbrella and gas fire pit. Just beyond that are 3 more hammocks.
Upper and lower yards have various outdoor games to choose from, giant connect 4, horseshoes, and yard darts.
When you pull into the main driveway, you'll have noticed a large barn style garage, in there is 6 bicycles (tag along bike or covered tow along available upon request), Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella and sand playthings for the kids.
The house has central ac throughout, is all led energy efficient, has dual flush toilets and we provide soft dual ply septic safe tp. Touch free hand sanitizers. linens included. Grounds are professionally sprayed for tic and mosquitos
