A cape house has always been our dream and now we invite you to stay at our dream house to make beautiful memories of your own!

With over 2200 square feet of living space and plenty of outdoor space, there is room to appreciate all indoor and outdoor activities. Located in a quiet, serene neighborhood, you can sit out on the back deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the birds and even smell the ocean air. After a long day at the beach, play badminton in the sandy yard or revitalize in the outdoor shower with a separate changing area. Later on, enjoy a grilled dinner while relaxing on the deck or enjoy drinks by the fire pit.

Inside, there are four spacious bedrooms and more than enough living space to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably. The two lower-level bedrooms have queen size beds while the upper level boasts a king size bed in one room and two queens in the other! Accompanying the 4 bedrooms is a full bathroom on each level. With two large great rooms, the kids can go to the upper level while the adults relax in the oversized family room downstairs. All rooms have new individual mini split air conditioning units for your comfort. The custom kitchen has everything you need and then some to prepare your favorite meals or just enjoy your morning coffee. We have an ice machine so no need to buy ice for your cooler.
