Studio apartment at proximity to nine bayside beaches as well as two National Seashore Ocean beaches and three fresh water ponds. The Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary is nearby as well as the Wellfleet cinema and its Drive-In theatre. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from in Eastham, three gas stations, two banks and two local markets as well as three fish markets. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bicycle path is five minutes away and there are bicycle rental places nearby as well. There are many walking trails as well for which I will provide a map.

Furthermore each town has their own celebration events every year, The Portuguese Festival in Provincetown is a not to miss event which takes place from June 23 to 26, 2023, The Cape Cod Hydrangea festival from July 8 to the 17, Eastham has the Eastham Windmill Parade and weekend events in September, The Wellfleet Oyster Festival which takes place in mid-October, the Truro Treasures weekend which takes place September 16 to 18 and the Harwich Cranberry Festival Artisan Market July 10, August 13 and 14, September 17 and 18. There will be a folder with all pertaining information in the apartment.

Note: The distance from Eastham to Provincetown is 23 miles or 31 minutes.

The apartment:
The entrance to the studio apartment is located in the back of the house which can be accessed through a path in front of the house that leads to landscape steps on the right side of the house illuminated by solar lamps at night. The private door is located right next to the outdoor shower. As you enter, to your left is the kitchen sink with a butcher block counter on which sits the microwave and a cabinet above which contain dishes. Next to it, you will find a closet which houses the washer and dryer. A portable tripod dryer, which is stored in the linen closet, is also available as well as a clothesline located behind the fire pit enclosure. Next to it there is a door that is the entrance to the bathroom which has a full shower, toilet, vanity and a small cabinet above the toilet. You will find a linen closet on the opposite wall of the bathroom where the portable drier can be found, a broom/ dust pan and a swifter as well as sheets, bath towels, beach towels and the likes. On the left of the entrance, are the full size refrigerator and a stove for your cooking needs. Located in between are shelves and a pantry where you coffee, sugar, some spices, flour, ketchup and mustard are stored. There is also a kitchen cart where the coffee pot and toaster oven are stored as well as pots and utensils. The dining area is located on the far left by the window and can accommodate 4 persons.
Opposite the door that is next to the linen closet, is the bedroom closet where you will find extra pillows and blankets . A dresser and a brand new queen size bed with a side table are located on the left of the apartment on the back wall. A room divider adds privacy between the dining area and the TV area which is furnished with a futon couch that also serves as a double bed. A side table is conveniently located next to it.

Furthermore, there is a wonderful cedar plank outside shower for which door is right next to the entrance of the apartment ,is covered by a deck above and sheltered by a shed on the other side: making it very private. This is the ultimate experience of living by the sea.
Besides the shower, you will find a terraced area with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy a cup of coffee/ tea or a cocktail to your liking and a BBQ charcoal grill for your cooking needs . Charcoal will be kept in a small plastic container nearby.
There is an enclosed area to the right where you can enjoy a peaceful evening by a fire pit. The wood will be provided as well. But will have to be refurbished when all used up.
It is a perfect getaway for two or three persons.
Furthermore, there is also ample space for parking in the driveway. There is also an A/C unit to keep you cool on hot summer days and heat is provided in the cooler season to keep you warm and cozy. read more show less
