Bayside Breeze - Perfect location to Bay and Ocean beaches
Eastham Vacation Rental - ID 36514

We had a great stay at Pam's cottage. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was cozy and clean. We loved the grill, the outdoor shower, and the proximity to the national seashore and various seafood restaurants.

We had a wonderful week in Eastham! The house was immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed eating on the porch, sitting by the firepit, and my husband's favorite part of the house was definitely the outdoor shower!

The location was great for exploring the Cape, with several Bay or Ocean beautiful beach options and easy trips out to see sunsets, sunrises, and even the moon in the night sky. The birthday gift card was a thoughtful extra touch and made for a fun family birthday breakfast.

A beautiful, comfortable home and a great 5-star stay! show more show less

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Bayside Breeze. The hosts have thought of everything you will need for an easy week on the Cape. The home is very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a couple or small family. The location is great - central to our favorite ocean and bay beaches. Definitely one of our favorite Cape homes we have rented (and we have stayed in many over 30 years of renting). Looking forward to staying in Bayside Breeze again.

Highly recommend this property for a weekly rental in Cape Cod for small family or couple. The owner, Pam, was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of renting the house. We were very impressed with the condition of the house; it was so clean we felt like we were one of the first ones to rent it this summer! Inside was updated and the furnishings were comfortable. Outside offered plenty of privacy, we enjoyed the front deck for eating meals and relaxing and after a long day at the beach appreciated the spacious and clean outdoor shower and loved the option to have a fire. We would definitely stay here again! show more show less

My family has been visiting Eastham every summer for a decade. We all agree that Bayside Breeze has been our favorite place to stay, we highly recommend it. We had the opportunity to rent this home in 2024 and 2025. Both rental experiences were exceptional. The home is very clean and comfortable. The owners clearly take pride in the home; it is well maintained and updated both inside and out. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, there is a grill too. Having AC units and a washer/dryer is a huge plus! The outdoor shower is spacious and private and the deck is an enjoyable place to have a meal or snacks after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, very close to all the Eastham bay side beaches, only a short drive to the ocean, and it is near our favorite Eastham spots for a bite to eat: Hole in One Bakery, Basco Grill, Arnold's and Nauset Ice Cream! The owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. We plan to stay here again in 2026. show more show less

We stayed here 4th of July week and the location is perfect ! Super close to the bayside beaches and also a short drive to the National Seashore beaches. My boys enjoyed riding their bikes to the bayside beaches and on the quiet dirt roads in the neighborhood. The house is clean and has everything you need. I would stay here again. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Our week here was perfect. House is clean, private and nicely situated for bay side Eastham beaches (our favorites). Loved having morning coffee on the porch and watching the bicyclists race by!
