This cottage has been recently updated with central heat and A/C. It has also been fully insulated to provide for steady temperature comfort.

This cottage sits on 1.2 acres of land, with a main house also on the property. If rented separately you will still enjoy privacy due to the large lot size and separation. If you want to rent both properties, see Property ID #36692.


This home is only steps away from the bay beaches, facing to the west you'll enjoy amazing evening sunsets. During low tide, bay beaches offer endless sand flats. The flats extend up to a half mile into the bay! Favorite activities during low tide include; searching for sea life, playing football, or flying kites. Once high tide arrives, it’s time to change out your gear and get ready to swim! At high tide, what was once amazing sand flats are in 7 feet of water.

The Town of Eastham is a hidden gem on Cape Cod. It is only 2 miles wide; on the east side sits the best ocean beaches on Cape Cod, and on the west side, you can enjoy the calm of the bay beaches.

Eastham is where the Cape Cod National Seashore begins. Roughly a third of the town is dedicated National Seashore property. The Salt Pond Visitor center is a great first stop to learn more about the Seashore. Also, there are endless biking and walking trails. Coast Guard and Nauset Beaches are the main ocean beaches in Eastham. These beaches lay on National Seashore land, protecting these pristine beaches from development. read more show less

    Fantastic Retreat

    The Cottage is in a perfect relaxing location just secluded enough to get some quiet time but so close to the beach and convenient to shops and restaurants. The house was so clean and tidy and even ready a little early which was surprising given the busy season. We loved the character of the place with the old fireplace but modern amenities. The owners are so kind and helpful and we look forward to returning soon!

    July Stay at Beach Cottage

    My recent stay at this beach cottage was a truly enjoyable experience. The property's cleanliness was impressive, reflecting the host's attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable stay for their guests.

    Located just a 2 minutes from the beach, the cottage offered easy access to Cape Cod Bay. Perfect for spending every day at the beach.

    The cottage also came with a well-maintained grill, which was a nice bonus. Many of our meals were prepared outdoors, adding to our overall beach vacation experience.

    In summary, this beach cottage offered a clean, comfortable stay with the bonus of close proximity to the beach and a great grill for outdoor cooking. It was an enjoyable and relaxing getaway, and I'd happily recommend this spot for a beach vacation.     show more show less

    Enjoyed our stay

    Enjoyed our stay for the week. The cottage is set back on a back lot with a lot of privacy. Great area yards from the Bay. The landlord and his family were great to deal with and very accommodating. The cottage was immaculate and the air conditioning a plus. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this home.

    My Wife and I just bought this lovely home in October. We are excited to spend time this summer on the Cape! We are also looking forward to renting the weeks that we are unable to be there. You probably notice the lack of reviews, this can be attributed to this being our first rental season. While this is the first year renting this home, we have 12 years of experience with renting another property for vacationers. Thank you for reading!

    We are long term home owners and renters in Eastham, but this is a new listing for us. I grew up on this very road and this area is beyond special to me. My family still lives here year round, although I moved away 15 years ago. We still come back to Eastham as often as we can.

    What is special about this property?
    The private beach and peacefulness of the area is what makes this property different than rest.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham is the beginning of the incredible National Seashore. It is a very family focused town, with mini golf, scoop shops, biking trails, calm bay beaches, and exciting ocean beaches all rolled into one cute little town.
