Cozy Beach Cottage with Private Beach Access

What a wonderfully relaxing week! We went off season (just before Memorial Day) and the lack of people plus the wooded area made for a quiet and peaceful vacation. The location is really perfect if you are looking to get away and enjoy nature. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and heard/saw so many different songbirds. The bayside beach is just 5 minutes away and I loved walking my dog there at low tide.

The Cottage itself is clean and comfortable, and the wood fireplace was such a nice feature on chilly nights. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. The hosts were really wonderful to work with. We're already planning our next reservation!

Our family of 5 had the opportunity to stay at "The Cottage" for two weeks this past August. This was the second year our family stayed there and we're already signed up for next year! Our checklist was covered top to bottom... 100 yards from a private access beach, laundry, central air, outdoor shower, a grill for cooking, the list goes on.

The hosts are wonderful and responsive. I would encourage anyone who is visiting to check out the cottage.

We loved our stay at The Cottage! The location of the cottage was very serene on a back sandy road very close to the bay, which we really loved. Things we enjoyed most were sunning on the deck and showering outside under the stars and walking down to the water with the dog . My dog had room to run in the yard and I particularly enjoyed being surrounded by beach pines. The cottage itself is very simple and clean and it suited all of our needs. There was air conditioning for the more humid days which helped a lot. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals and ample seating in the dining area.
Proximity to the bay was great for walks in the early morning with coffee. A The owners were very friendly and accommodating and handled all of our questions without delay. I love quiet nature-filled settings on the Cape and for that reason I would love to return again.

Stayed 2 weeks at The Cottage. Great memories with the family. The cottage as a great deck area to enjoy after a long day at the beach and talking about the beach, it's really a short walk and stairs. The layout of the cottage is simple and efficient.

Bryan and Raegan were perfect host making the process to rent easy and we didn't had any issues during our 2 weeks.

We spent two and a half wonderful weeks in this cottage, which was clean, well equipped and a three minute walk to the bay beach. This allowed us to admire the magnificent sunsets.
Bryan quickly responded to all our queries.
Would we return, absolutely.

The Cottage is in a perfect relaxing location just secluded enough to get some quiet time but so close to the beach and convenient to shops and restaurants. The house was so clean and tidy and even ready a little early which was surprising given the busy season. We loved the character of the place with the old fireplace but modern amenities. The owners are so kind and helpful and we look forward to returning soon!

Located just a 2 minutes from the beach, the cottage offered easy access to Cape Cod Bay. Perfect for spending every day at the beach.

The cottage also came with a well-maintained grill, which was a nice bonus. Many of our meals were prepared outdoors, adding to our overall beach vacation experience.

Enjoyed our stay for the week. The cottage is set back on a back lot with a lot of privacy. Great area yards from the Bay. The landlord and his family were great to deal with and very accommodating. The cottage was immaculate and the air conditioning a plus. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this home.

My Wife and I just bought this lovely home in October. We are excited to spend time this summer on the Cape! We are also looking forward to renting the weeks that we are unable to be there. You probably notice the lack of reviews, this can be attributed to this being our first rental season. While this is the first year renting this home, we have 12 years of experience with renting another property for vacationers. Thank you for reading!
