Welcome to Cape Escape! My home is spacious (2300 sf), newly renovated, sunlit, and private, located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cape Escape offers a large backyard, 2 kayaks, Bocci, Cornhole, and Horseshoes for your family’s use.

The first floor of Cape Escape features a large Great Room with 54” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and Dining Room, open to the large kitchen with an oversized island and a 4 seat breakfast bar, perfect for a quick breakfast or lunch. There is also a separate Living Room with queen sized sofa bed, a wood- burning fireplace and another large flat screen TV. There is a 1/2 BA with a front load washer and dryer on the first floor, as well as a Master Suite with an amazingly comfortable queen sized bed and full bath with walk in shower.

The second floor features 2 BR, one with a queen bed with a comfy 3” foam topper with TV, and the other with 2 new sets of bunk beds. There is also a full bath with shower and tub on the second floor.

My property is very private and has a large backyard, a mahogany deck with numerous seating areas, outdoor shower, fire pit, and gas grill and a comfy, soothing, quilted hammock.

Cape Cod Bay beaches are a walkable (or drivable) 1 mile away and Nauset Light Beach on the Atlantic is a mere 5 minute drive at only 2 miles away.

Everything you might need is here as I provide all linens, bedding, beach chairs, towels, and 2 Kayaks with life jackets for your use!

Don’t forget to visit the most peaceful time on Cape Cod: June and September! The weather is gorgeous, most of the tourists are gone, the restaurant lines are gone, and the traffic is gone! Also, my off season rates are reduced.

    Relaxing Escape

    We love Cape Cod and have been vacationing here for many years. This house is a favorite! It is spacious for a large family or group but also cozy and relaxing. The large Great Room is beautifully decorated and leads to an open kitchen with plenty of counter space. The living room on the other side of the kitchen is my favorite place to curl up with a good book. The bedrooms are also spacious and tastefully decorated. I like having the option to go to one of the calmer bay beaches or to Nauset Light where the waves draw you in. Eastham is a great location to be - plenty of restaurant choices and not too far from other daytrip locations like Chatham and Provincetown. We like to lounge on the beautiful deck with a glass of wine for happy hour - no place I'd rather be! show more show less

    Wonderful Cape Cod Vacation

    We loved staying at this beautiful home with a real Cape Cod feel. The location was perfect for my family, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and PTown.     A Cape Cod Gem

    Beautiful home, meticulous modern well equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds and linens top quality. Cozy, spacious home tastefully decorated with large open family room, kitchen and dining area to host large gatherings or intimate dinners. Large deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or happy hour cocktail. Lovely rural setting yet close to beaches and shops. Owner was friendly and easy to work with and would definitely return again.

    Welcome to my home! After 25 years of teaching in CT, I renovated and retired to my vacation home of 35 years here in Eastham. It is the best place to live EVER! The natural and raw beauty of our gorgeous landscape is a constant reminder of how lucky I am to have the opportunity to live here.

    What is special about this property?
    My property is warm, welcoming, and peaceful. I love bringing my coffee out onto the deck to enjoy the birds while I read my paper.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham was described as ''the best kept secret on the Cape,'' by The New York Times. I couldn't agree more!
