Recently remodeled as of Fall 2022, this 1200 sq ft cottage has 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms all on one floor with easy stair-free access. The open layout allows the home to be comfortable for larger groups yet still feels intimate enough for couples.

Our beds are comfortable and the rooms are all newly furnished. Linens are provided but you’ll need to bring your own towels for the beach.

Families will appreciate the 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower and available bathtub as well as a walk in shower to meet all needs.

For those who love to cook - this well stocked kitchen will make your trip even more enjoyable. From the outdoor gas grill and griddle to the indoor lobster pot, pressure cooker, rice cooker, waffle maker and air fryer - you'll find all the comforts of home readily available. Seasonings are stocked as well!

On your arrival you'll find coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. There is a large Brita filter in the fridge for fresh water, no need to buy!

The large private yard is fully equipped with beach items, lounge chairs, outdoor griddle and grills, fire pits, picnic tables, comfortable furniture and yard games - all you need to enjoy what makes Eastham special!

A washer and dryer on site will make packing much easier. The new beach toys/chairs & cart will make a trip to the beach a breeze.

Our home is located within walking distance of Campground Beach - one of the few bayside beaches that do not require stairs for access. Easy walk out to get to the water. Family friendly with warm shallow water and tide pools during low tide - children can have fun for hours catching hermit crabs and tadpoles. Higher tide is perfect for swimming and boogie boards. Sunset on the bay is not to be missed - you're in the perfect location to catch it every night!

The more adventurous can head to the ocean to surf or simply take in the beautiful waves. Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach are just an 8 minute drive or a 15min bike ride away!

Bike rentals, kayak rentals, walking/biking trails and more are all minutes away - fun for the whole family. Enjoy the freedom of leaving your car at the house - the beach, town center and many local restaurants are all within walking distance.

Hop in the car and head to Provincetown - a 30min drive for a day trip.

Don't forget to try the local restaurants - so many to choose from and you can't go wrong.

Absolutely no smoking or pets. We are not an ''agency'', this is our newly renovated (Fall 2022) family beach home and due to allergies we request that you refrain from smoking and pets in the house.
