This was probably one of the nicest rental properties we've been to at the Cape. The house was roomy, yet cozy, clean and inviting. The back yard was wonderful for our family and the dog- great for nature watching! It's about 5-7 minute walk to a bay side beach and a short drive to pretty much anywhere in Eastham and surrounding areas. The owners are super nice too! We absolutely loved our week there and would return in a heart beat!

This Beach house was absolutely perfect! Everything you will need. Comfortable, cozy, roomy including great yard, close to bay beaches for walking or riding your bike. My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved every minute. It's on a quiet street and a 5-6 minute walk to a nice bay beach, and not much farther to all kinds of other great spots including other bay beaches, freshwater ponds and ocean beaches. The house is incredibly well maintained and has had many important upgrades. I suppose some might consider the house to be small but it was plenty big enough for us. The kids stayed in the upstairs loft which is a really nice space and the minisplit HVAC unit made it comfortable. We made full use of the yard, deck, grill and outdoor couches, and it was nice to be able to store our bikes in the garage.

Great house and location down the street from deeded rights beach. House had everything we needed for the week. Loved the outdoor shower. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

We loved every minute of our stay here. Very comfortable in all aspects- beds, sitting areas, outdoors. We loved the short walk to the beach to see the high and low tides. The proximity to so many things was really nice as well. The home had every convenience we could ask for in a summer rental stay. The outdoor shower was a favorite of everyone in our party! We visited all the nearby towns during our visit and again, the location made this home ideal. We would return for sure and without doubt, recommend it to friends!

This home was an amazing retreat for my 78 year old mother, my 11 year old daughter and our dog, Bella. It was within walking distance to the beach where we watched beautiful sunsets. Every morning I walked the beach with dog and had it pretty much to myself. The house was perfect. We played cards and board games at the island. My mother would read in the sunroom. We had access to the TV but chose not to use it. Our days were filled with many adventures. Provincetown being a short drive away allowed us to go on a Dune Tour and enjoy some great food. We took advantage of the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster. Having the National Seashore a quick five minutes away was ideal for our biking and hiking adventures. We completed the scavenger hunt offered to visiting families there. The backyard at the house was perfect. We are looking forward to staying here again and hoping to take advantage of the fire pit and the grill. The weather was just a tad chilly in April to fully enjoy these amenities. Communicating with the homeowners was easy. They were responsive and provided a welcome packet that includes everything from beaches to restaurants to cape activities which was very helpful. Overall, I think this house is perfect!!

Our stay at Beth's place was wonderful! It is in the perfect location to explore all of the sights and seafood Cape Cod has to offer, but we especially enjoyed just hanging out nearby - taking morning walks at low tide, catching sunsets over the bay with our dog, and just relaxing in the backyard (outdoor shower was a big plus too). The place was very clean and just as expected, and I appreciated the clear communication in advance of our trip. Hope to stay again here someday!

This house is perfect! Amazing location. More than a reasonable walk to a gorgeous private beach. The house itself was spacious and clean. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Perfect size house! We will be returning !

A peaceful getaway in a super clean and comfortable cottage. Walking to the private beach was wonderful. No crowds just gorgeous sunsets and relaxation. Our host Beth is so responsive and kind - she's great!! The cottage has plenty of room, great AC , a fully equipped kitchen a huge backyard with outdoor shower and sitting area with fire pit!! Heavenly !!! Sunny beautiful weather topped it off! A memorable week which we badly needed - made amazing memories!!! Five stars!

Great little cottage with all you could need. Rear Patio, grill, fire pit, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, 5 min walk to bayside beach. Morning walks were really nice at low tide. This is in a neighborhood - mix of rentals & home owners -very friendly. Very peaceful, night sky was so clear. Well lit exterior. Outside shower was a plus but inside shower was spa like. Split unit worked great & often used just the ceiling fans. Eastham is centrally located-25 min to Chatham, 10 to Orleans. Not as busy as Chatham. close to bike trail. Use Idle time bikes! Would rent again.

Beautiful classic cape cottage. Everything was immaculate and the owners had an amazing design sense. Great garden outside and nice touches inside. As advertised, about five minutes walk to a shore beach. Everything we could have wanted.

The house was in a great location. 5 Nurses enjoyed the house and the close walking distance to the beach.

Our family of 4, plus our dog, stayed at Beth's place for a week. We only used the downstairs bedrooms and loved being on one floor with our toddlers. The AC was great and we enjoyed the big deck and backyard. The beach is so close and magical at low tide. We would love to go back!

This was the perfect place for a family getaway! The house is clean, well furnished, and equipped for a beach vacation. Location couldn't have been better - quick drive to a great grocery/liquor store, restaurants, beaches, and shops. The dog bed was a nice touch - our senior dog really appreciated it! The private beach is great for exploring (stairs are steep but manageable) and just a quick walk down the road. Hosts are kind and communicative, will absolutely book again in the future.

It was a pleasure staying at Beth accommodation! We really enjoyed our time at Cape Cod a lot and would definitely go there again.

I cannot say enough nice about this Airbnb! We enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving at this very clean and well-stocked home. If you love staying on the Outer Cape, like we do, this is a perfect location. The walk to the private beach is very easy and the bay beach is beautiful! We would love to stay here again!

We loved our weekend here! The house was just as described - clean, comfortable, homey, and very dog friendly! The walk to the private bayside beach was short, once you are at the beach it probably takes longer to walk to the waters edge at low tide! The yard is great for kids, adults, and dogs alike. Beth was quick to respond to all queries before and during our stay. We are already planning a return trip!

Ideal home base for Cape adventures. The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. A spacious back yard that still feels cozy and secluded with a table for sharing a meal and another area with a fire pit and seating for hanging out. Amenities like wifi, smart tv, washer/dryer all convenient and easy to use. It's clear a lot of care and attention went into making this house more than just a place to stay but a true home-away-from-home.

Nice quiet street, perfectly situated in a central location to visit all towns easily. Takes covid safe measures. nice outside lounging space. AC was a treat. The walk to the beach with our pups was the best part.

Charming, clean, convenient and comfortable - this is a perfect home away from home on The Cape. The house is beautifully situated within walking distance to a lovely bay side swimming beach. Easy access to shops, restaurants and ice cream. The hostess makes your stay a breeze with clear instructions and good communication. Will definitely stay again!

This is a really good house on the Cape, and a good location too. Very quiet, good privacy surrounded by trees. Quite close to a beach association private beach the house belongs to; long driveway could fit several cars comfortably. Nice patio, grill outside, large lawn big enough for croquet in back. Kitchen very well appointed, good pots and pans, we eat in a good deal rather than in restaurants and never lacked for some equipment we needed in the kitchen. Showers indoors and out were very nice, plenty of good water pressure and hot water. Whole house extremely clean. Orleans large grocery store (Stop & Shop) not far; good deli and convenience store, a great doughnut shop, and the Cape Rail Trail are all close.

Beth's Place is a wonderful relaxing place. The house is clean, well appropriated and cozy. It is in an ideal location for all Cape Cod activities. The hosts are helpful and attentive. A great experience!

We loved our stay here! The place was very clean and cozy, with a perfect patio to relax on. The Bayside beach was gorgeous, we loved going down at low tide. Be careful on the private trail down to the beach however as we found many ticks on our dog after walking through there, so we just walked down to the Campground Beach entry for the rest of our stay.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful vacation stay in Beth's home. The house was extremely clean, very comfortable, with many thoughtful amenities and COVID safety precautions. The outdoor yard and deck had multiple sitting areas, and some lawn games that our kid enjoyed. The location was perfect, a few blocks walk to the Bay-side beach. Beth was an extremely responsive host. We contacted her on the first day with a questions and she responded promptly.

We had the most lovely time at Beth's place. We felt totally at ease thanks to all the cleaning guidelines they had in place. This was our first trip since before the pandemic so wasn't sure what to expect but the contactless check-in couldn't have been easier. The home is really lovely and cozy & I felt calm and relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. Neighborhood was adorable & quiet. Quick walk down to their beautiful private beach where the views cant be beat. The hosts really thought of everything & we checked out many of the sights & restaurants they recommended. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more & we look forward to visiting again!

The house was clean and very close to the beach. It was a pleasant walk and the views blew us away after a year in quarantine. Worth it. The back yard is level, private and calm. We would strongly recommend this place to any family looking to get away.

So peaceful. Short walk to the bay beach. Easy drive to the national seashore. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Beth and Mike were very responsive and proactively made sure our stay was good. All in all, a great place for a getaway!

My family of 5 plus dog had an excellent stay at Beth's place. It was comfortable and roomy, well equipped, very clean, and close to a beautiful beach And some restaurants. I'd highly recommend it for a family.

We loved staying here. It was a snowy getaway and we enjoyed seeing the Cape as a winter wonderland. Maybe at some point in the future the chimney of the fire place will be fixed which would make this super extra fun in the colder months. But even so we loved hanging out in the warm and cosy place between walks in the elements. We would definitely return!

This home is truly lovely and so well situated in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. My family and I spent 4 nights at Beth and Mike's place in the winter and truly loved our stay. The home was so clean and very comfortable for 5 people and 2 very well behaved pups! The kitchen is very well equipped for foodies among us and we enjoyed all of the conveniences provided at the house. The neighborhood is so quiet and a very lovely walk to a private beach. It was even wonderful in cold February to walk on the bayside beach and enjoy the quiet. We can't recommend Beth and Mike's place enough. They were super responsive with any questions and their home is great. Also, it was SUPER clean and their COVID protocols are great! Don't hesitate to book Beth's place; you won't regret it!

My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Beth and Michael were great. This was a perfect space to kick back and relax after a day exploring the outer cape during the winter off season. We'd love to check this spot out in the summer!

We booked the Cape House for 5 days in November for change of scenery to our virtual work and school from home experience. The house has a nice, neat open layout with plenty of sitting spaces. The beach was a short walk down the street, and it was a pleasure to be able to go down there multiple times a day. Furniture and decorations were cape cottage styling that added to the charm of the experience. Also, excellent books on the book shelves. I would love to visit the house in the summer to enjoy the patio out back. Also, close by to restaurants, convenience stores, and amazing sea shore beaches.

We had a great stay, location is perfect to get to the national sea shore and as a home base for exploring the mid and outer cape

The house is lovely, tucked away on a quiet street a short walk to a quiet beach. It was just myself, my husband and our dog so plenty of room for us. It has a cozy little home feel that could easily expand to a cozy large vibrant home feel because of both the decor and space. The deck is lovely, we made use of the BBQ and fire. The guidebook was very helpful. Beth and Michael's were extremely responsive. We were telling friends about the house while we were visiting so we highly recommend staying here. It is located in a perfect location for visiting the different areas. Our dog loved the place as well sitting on the deck enjoying the morning sun. The kitchen is well equipped should you choose to eat at home. And what really tipped it over the edge...a cricket bat! Obviously catering for the international travelers. We would not hesitate to stay here again should we make our way back to the cod.

There's only one word to describe this place: perfect. It is literally perfect. Beth was extremely thorough in the renters manual and left us wanting for nothing with all of the comforts of home. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed at Beths beach house for our anniversary with our 2 dogs! The house is situated perfect distance to the bayside beaches and the oceanside. Local restaurants near by and plenty of scenery! She provided clean pillow covers and mattress pads for us that made us feel extra precautious during this Covid time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Cape stay. On a quiet road. Plenty of space for multiple couples or extended family. Great outdoor space. Walkable to bay!

Beth's home is ideally located between the bay and ocean and has great amenities including an outdoor shower, a big backyard, and a grill. The house is cozy and clean and we would go back anytime!

This house has an amazing location close to everything while still feeling private. Beth is a great host who was there to answer any questions I had. The house is well kept inside and out. Gorgeous patio/deck plenty of kitchen space and supplies to cook delicious meals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

The house is so Cape Cod. Very sweet and spacious for sure. Great location in between P-Town and Hyannis with so much to do. Highly recommend.
