Step into your quintessential Cape Cod Cottage located on Minister's Pond.

Your paradise is just steps from the water. Spend time lounging on the dock, taking out the boats or relaxing on the Adirondack chairs!

This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin size beds. It offers an eat-in kitchen as well as a water view living room with gas fireplace. Outside you can spend time on the deck, on the sand or in our very inviting side yard which includes a picnic table, Adirondack chairs and charcoal grill. Kids can enjoy the game room and play area. For older children, there is a basketball hoop. We are 2 miles to Coast Guard Beach and 0.3 miles to the bike trail and Arnold's Clam Bar!
