This is a classic Cape Cod summer cottage close to bayside beaches in Eastham. The home is set back from the road and offers a private setting among the pines. Enter through the front door into the open living and dining room area that leads to the kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this level - each with a window AC unit – one with a king-sized bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower on the main level. Outside, there is a nice sized deck with seating and a gas grill. From the deck, there is a path to the lower level with a private entrance into a den with a TV, a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom with a tub and shower. This cottage is located near the Cape Cod Rail Trail access and is about .5 to Great Pond and about a mile to Kingsbury Beach (drop off only) or 1.5 to Thumpertown Beach with parking.
