Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. In the heart of Eastham in a private community close to bay beaches, ocean beaches, local restaurants and family activities.

This two bedroom private cottage updated in 2020 is well maintained and has a nice patio with outdoor furniture and outdoor shower.

First floor has two bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. First room has a queen bed with extra blankets, the second bedroom has a full and twin trundle underneath that pulls out.

Basement is fully finished and makes for a large recreation room for games and TV. Large couch and reading nook!
Each floor has built in Mini-split for cooling and heating for summer and winter.

Just a short walk to Campground beach and other stores and restaurants if you don't want to drive.

The back yard is great for games or just grilling and eating on the picnic table or just relax on the patio couches and chairs for your morning coffee.

    A charming cottage

    We enjoyed our stay at the Family Tides cottage very much. The location is great (quiet cul-de-sac but short walking distance to restaurants and stores) and the place itself is clean, updated, and thoughtfully set up for a pleasant family stay. Would definitely come again!
