2 bedroom cottage with full kitchen, full bath, with tub shower combination.

Linens provided. Linen service extra.

Due to size and layout, when stays are longer than 1 week, the Cottage is mostly suitable for 1 or 2 adults

Cottage is attached to a totally seperate house (no internal connections). Owners sometimes stay in the adjacent house. Separate parking and outdoor space. Owners are quiet and considerate and expect the same from guests.

Cottage has its own hot water system and its own thermostat for heating an cooling.

FYI: No dishwasher. No clothes washer or dryer. Laundromat and drop off laundry services available in nearby Orleans.
