Great short term rental! We stayed here for a little over a month. Nick, the owner, was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Lots of positives: recently renovated, large open kitchen, renovated bathrooms with great showers, tankless hot water heater, brand new washer, cathedral ceiling, comfy king bed in large master bedroom, and nice deck. Close to Eastham beaches, the National Seashore, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and Orleans (for grocery stores and restaurants). Great house in quiet area! Definitely recommend! show more show less

My family loved staying here. From the outside the place has an old-school Cape feel to it- its down a dirt road, hidden among the trees. It felt awesome to arrive in such a peaceful setting after fighting cape traffic. Inside, it's newly renovated with a fantastic kitchen and plenty of space. Location is a short drive to Campground and Nauset Light beaches. We had a great time, will definitely be back.

Our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 8 and 11) had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would definitely come back next summer. The house is clean and charming, very well set up for families, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is gorgeous. The location is great too: quiet and set back from major roads, yet super convenient to multiple beaches, restaurants, and local shopping. Excellent communication with the owners too. Thank you!!
