Towels and linens provided, along with beach accessories. A ping-pong table in the basement, board games, and outdoor firepit allow you to enjoy an evening or relaxing day at the house.

The location is unbeatable, on the border with Wellfleet, and easy diving distance to several classic Cape Cod amenities, including: Cape Cod National Seashore, Rail Trail, Wellfleet Drive-in Theatre, Provincetown, and countless beaches.

    We live in Needham and have built years of memories with our family in the Outer Cape. Our young boys love the shallow and expansive Eastham beaches, and daily trips to get a lobster roll in the summer.

    What is special about this property?
    This is such a unique house -- contemporary and sun-filled spaces blended with traditional Cape Cod architecture, steps to a private beach. The large property serves multiple families or multi-generational gatherings well, as there are main level bedrooms, several spaces to gather inside and out, and close to all the Outer Cape sites.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham is a hidden gem to many. It has less trafficked, pristine beaches, more privacy, and yet still so close to Wellfleet, Provincetown, and countless restaurants/activities. There is easy access to the Cape Cod National Seashore, Rail Trail, and iconic beaches like Coast Guard and Nauset. Don't miss Eastham; it's a real Cape Cod treasure!
