My family had a fantastic week at Peter & Kristy's rental. Everything from our booking to our stay was made so easy thanks to their great communication. My family and I have been renting in Eastham for years, and this was the first time we experienced a rental providing so many key amenities, which was wonderful and appreciated. Towels, sheets, beach chairs, coolers, etc. - it made our packing a lot less stressful. The house is beautiful and so unique, and was extremely clean upon our arrival. We ate almost every meal on the back deck and the kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. The walk to the private beach is no more than 3 minutes, a highlight of our stay!

Enjoyed a wonderful week's vacation at Kristy & Peter's unique and spacious home tucked privately on a beautiful wooded lot, just steps from the bay beaches. As a family of 6 (us and our 3 adult children & spouse) we all enjoyed our own rooms comfortably and I was excited by the layout of the master with en-suite, apart from the 3 other bedrooms (a surprise bonus). Beds were comfy. We had plenty of space to spread out, whether it was for reading, resting, or catching up on work odds & ends. We had fun family times in the kitchen/dining/living room area and on the adjacent back porch, complete with a lovely umbrella covered table and enough chairs for all of us. The upstairs gathering space was absolutely beautiful, and with an architect in the family, we truly appreciated the incredible windows and fun designs, keeping the house so bright, even on rainy days. Don't forget to star gaze! Host communication was top notch, probably one of the best of any rental property we've made in 30 years. It was super reassuring to know the hosts were so hands on with prompt communication. Everything you need to know is pretty much at your fingertips in the book inside the rental, too. Along with fun welcome treats! (another bonus!) We were able to bring three of our family bikes on the trip, and with three that were at the house, we were good to go and enjoy biking to the National Seashore and on the bike trail. We also enjoyed just hanging in the beautiful backyard. Loved our trip.

This place was absolutely perfect! The house was so clean and exactly as described! Everything that you would need for a perfect cape vacation was provided, all we had to do was bring outselves! The beach a stone throws away was amazing! Next time we plan to come to the cape we plan on staying here again!

This is one of the best places to stay on the Cape for a family. Beautiful, spacious and clean. Love the loft area! Peter made sure we were taken care of and was very available and responsive. Highly recommend. Thank You again Peter!

A great location and a perfect house for a group getaway with plenty of space! Games, a fire pit, and beach accessories make for fun days!

I have stayed at many places on the outer Cape over the past 30 years and this house was one of the best.
The house is well laid out for a family and the location is perfect to access the local beaches and dinner options.
Check in was super easy and communication was excellent and not over the top. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a cool space in Eastham.

The home is beautiful ! Very close to the beach with easy walking access. Great jumping off point to explore Wellfleet and Provincetown. The fire pit out back was perfect for nightly s'mores and stories with the family. A great home with lots of room to spread out !

This was a great beach house in a beautiful location. We loved the proximity to the private beach. The house had all the things you need for a trip to the beach like chairs, umbrella and cooler. Peter and Kristy were very responsive and proactive. Would definitely visit this house again.

We've stayed at several rental houses in this area of the Cape, and this house was the best experience so far. It is very close to the beach. The house is interesting and well layed out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had all the cooking tools and basic supplies we needed. The selection of books was great. The deck furniture and grill were perfect. The fire pit and ping pong were fun. The beach equipment was in great condition. The telescope was a nice surprise. And the hosts were nice, responsive, and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious home in Eastham. The house was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. It was stocked with plenty of games and toys, which our young kids loved, and there were lots of cleaning amenities available that made our stay even easier.
The best part was the quick and easy walk—less than 10 minutes—to a stunning private beach. It was never crowded, and the sandbars and low tide made it absolutely perfect for our little ones to explore and wade safely.
The location was great, with plenty of dining options nearby in Eastham, and Provincetown was just a 35-minute drive away, which made for a fun day trip.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The combination of a roomy, kid-friendly home and such a serene beach location made this a truly memorable getaway. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

Thank you Peter and Krissy!The home was comfortable and could easily accommodate 8 people. We took full advantage of the property. The Fire Pit, Rosemary Bush, the EASY access to the beach and its location to access P-town or Hyannis. Having access on the Bay side provides for calmer waters, tremendous low tides, and amazing sunsets/rises(Just take your coffee & beach shoes to take a 3 minute walk). BTW, our hosts provided everything for the beach, coolers, chairs, towels and all the toys you could need.There is also a great workspace and strong internet access.Close to the CCRT for bikes. Also near higher end and family style restaurants.We hope to return next year.If there were any questions or issues, the Kucks responded VERY quickly.

Peter and Kristy's home was the perfect base for a family Cape Cod beach vacation. It was clean and well organized with lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. The space is bigger than the pictures suggest and the private beach a two minute walk down the road is… magical. Once we got to the house we never felt the need to leave. Peter and Kristy were extremely friendly and responsive to questions. We hope to be back again.

10 friends from high school used this house as a night away from the families to hang out, beach, grill and have a fire. This house was the perfect setting, and the best bay side beach I've seen on the Cape. Highly suggest!

We came to the Cape for a family vacation that included myself, my wife, our son and daughter in law and our three grandsons ages 6,4,and 1. This was our grandsons first time at the ocean. Peter and Kristy's home proved to be the perfect place for us. We found their home to be spacious, warm, and clean, filled with everything we needed from kitchen items to linens to games and beach toys for the kids. The ping pong table was fun and the fire pit in the back yard proved to be a peaceful place to gather while we enjoyed smores in the evening. The highlight of our stay was the simple 2 minute walk to the beautiful private beach. In past Cape Cod vacations we have gone to public beaches so we know how busy they can get during the day. It felt luxurious to enjoy a beach with only a few other families on either side of us. Our 4 year old grandson summed it up the best when on several occasions during the week he exclaimed "this is the best day on the planet and I love this house."

This was the perfect airbnb! Super easy check in/check out process and no hassle overall! The house was awesome, and we loved the privacy that Peter and the location provided.

Amazing place to stay and right next to the beach. The whole family had a blast and created awesome memories.
