Located in Cranberry Cottages, a traditional Cape Cod cottage colony for over 50 years, the cottages still retain their authentic appeal. Fourteen cottages dot the 5+ acres which are set back well away from the road and are accessed by a private road. The area is home to pine, locust, and oak trees, flowering shrubs, birds, and small wildlife.

Swim, sun, bike, shop, explore, dine, and relax! Also perfect size for a reading, sewing or art retreat with friends! Easy access to Rail Trail, historic sites, National Seashore, and bay beaches!

Fully equipped kitchen, large deck, fire pit, large front yard, outdoor shower, and lawn chairs. Beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella and coolers also provided.

Cranberry Cottages quiet hours 11:00pm-8:00am. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

    My family started camping in Brewster when I was 6 weeks old and continued for 40 years…. I have always loved Cape Cod and the ocean! When I had the opportunity, I purchased Pine Tree cottage and am happy to share it with you. I hope you, too, create many memories while visiting!

    What is special about this property?
    This cottage is centrally located to all places north, south, east and west- bike trail, beaches, restaurants, shops, history, ice cream and coffee shops! Regarding the cottage, I enjoy the coziness of the indoor space, comfy bed, and new outdoor shower!

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham is home to the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches and Visitor Center with trails, displays, and lectures. The Cape Cod Rail Trail runs through Eastham; two great Seashore beaches (Coast Guard and Nauset Light) are also part of Eastham. Be sure to see the Nauset Lighthouse, Eastham Windmill, and the great town Cape Cod Bay beaches!
