Welcome! We're Gina Kelly and my brother, Shawn Senior, and we're so happy you're considering spending your vacation in our family's Cape Cod home.
Our father purchased this home in 1998 and lovingly transformed it by adding a beautiful addition and renovating it from top to bottom. It was truly his pride and joy, and he poured his heart into making it a warm, welcoming place for family and friends.
Today, we're honored to continue that tradition by sharing our home with others. We hope you'll create wonderful memories here with your own family, whether you're enjoying a quiet morning on the porch, spending the day at the beach, or simply relaxing together after a day of exploring Cape Cod.

What is special about this property?
What we love most about our home is that it gives you the best of both worlds. A peaceful, private place to relax while being just minutes from everything that makes a Cape Cod vacation special.
One of our favorite features is our luxurious outdoor shower, the perfect way to rinse off sandy feet after a day at the beach or simply enjoy a refreshing shower under the stars.
The bay beach is just a short walk away, where you can spend the day swimming, playing in the sand, or watching some of the most beautiful sunsets Cape Cod has to offer. And when you're ready to explore, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and other beaches are all just a 5–10 minute drive away. In many cases, everything you need is either a walk or a short drive away.
Our home is also designed with families in mind. The spacious interior gives everyone room to spread out and have their own space, even on those occasional rainy Cape days. You'll find puzzles, games, and books for relaxing afternoons and evenings together.
Outside, our large private yard gives kids plenty of room to run, play, and enjoy the fresh Cape Cod air while the adults relax on the patio. There's space to gather, grill, play games, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Most of all, we love that our home feels like a true Cape Cod getaway, private and comfortable, close to the beach, and spacious enough for families to slow down, spend time together, and make memories.

Eastham is where you can slow down and truly enjoy Cape Cod. Located in the heart of the Outer Cape, Eastham offers the perfect balance of beautiful beaches, natural beauty, family-friendly activities, and a relaxed Cape Cod feel, without feeling too busy or crowded.
One of the things we love most about Eastham is the variety. You can spend the morning walking along the calm waters of Cape Cod Bay, explore the breathtaking trails and beaches of the National Seashore or swimming in a Kelltle pond in the afternoon, and finish the day watching the sun set over the bay.
For families, there is plenty to do without having to spend your vacation in the car. Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail, explore local ponds and beaches, play mini golf, visit the famous Eastham Windmill, or grab some ice cream after a day in the sun. And when you're ready for a great meal, you'll find wonderful local restaurants just minutes away.
Eastham also gives you easy access to both sides of the Cape. You're close enough to explore Wellfleet, Orleans, Chatham, and Provincetown, while still being able to return to the peace and quiet of your own little corner of the Cape.
But perhaps what makes Eastham most special is the feeling it gives you. It's a place to unplug, breathe in the salty air, spend time with the people you love, and remember what a Cape Cod vacation is really about.
