Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home located just off Brackett drive (1.5 miles to either Ocean or Bay beaches). Paved driveway with space for 4 vehicles in front of two car garage filled with bikes and beach equipment (chairs, toys, umbrella etc.) Easy access to Cape Cod Rail Trail.

- Master Bedroom has king bed, full bathroom and a built in office/desk with slider door leading to deck with table and seating for 6.

Three season room with sofa bed and TV are located off kitchen with slider to backyard deck.

- First upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and two twin beds.
- Second upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and one twin bed.
There is a share full bathroom upstairs.
Washer and Dryer are located on first floor with an additional half bath and access to out door shower and grill on second deck in backyard.

Basement has ping pong and foosball tables.
No Linens are provided but can be arranged if requested.
Please no overnight street parking.
