You never need to leave the area, but for those who want to venture out, there are great restaurants, golf, tennis, art galleries and other attractions in Eastham and nearby towns. The 1500 sq. ft. modern house, built in 2021, offers soaring ceilings in the main living area that bathe the room in sunlight (all windows equipped with blinds to manage the sunlight as you see fit). The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. The living, dining and kitchen are all in the vaulted main living area on the top floor. There is also a powder room on this level. </span></span></span></span></p><br/><p><span><span><span><span>Sleeping Arrangements</span><br/><span>The first-floor houses both bedrooms: the primary bedroom has a king sized bed and private bath.
