Situated within easy access to the Cape Cod bike trail and close proximity to either Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach, or Marconi Beach. Enjoy the outside shower in the evening after a day at the beach. Spending time at the pond (Great Pond or Herring Pond) or at one of the bay beaches (Sunken Meadow or First Encounter) are all excellent options. In addition to easy access to the bike trails and beaches, there are also many hiking trails for your enjoyment. The property backs up to the National Seashore and is filled with numerous trails abutting the property.

The house has all the amenities you want with central air conditioning, wireless internet, and Smart TV with Roku. The kitchen is equipped for your culinary enjoyment. The home also features plenty of outdoor space for enjoying a good book or a gas grill on the deck as well as a private outdoor shower. There are three bedrooms. Two on the first floor both with full beds and a third bedroom on the second floor with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub on each floor.
