This family-owned cottage has welcomed guests for decades and offers a warm, classic Cape escape. The home features three bedrooms—one with a full bed and two with 2 twin beds each—along with 1.5 baths. Relax after a beach day in the outdoor shower, or unwind on the spacious deck overlooking the water. Inside, an open living and dining area with sliding doors creates an easy, breezy indoor-outdoor feel. Fully stocked kitchen, gas grill.

Tenant must provide their own linens. We provide blankets and pillows.

Cable and internet, no A/C but plenty of fans (and of course the sea breeze!)

Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with private parking, the cottage is just a short drive to Route 6 for easy access to local restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, shops, and a classic drive-in movie theater. For ocean waves, visit Coast Guard Beach just 4 miles away, or Nauset Light and Nauset Beaches within 7 miles.
