I grew up in New England. My family loves to travel and we love Cape Cod. We have been vacationing here for years and finally decided to buy our own home. We love the beautiful beaches and outdoors in Cape Cod and in particular love biking on the Cape Cod Rail trail.

What is special about this property?
Our property is at the end of a private road on a cul de sac surrounded by conservation land. Our property is extremely private and peaceful. Behind our home is a private trail to access the Cape Cod Rail trail for walks or biking. Our home is on the Ocean side of route 6 which is highly desirable in the summer months due to traffic crossing the street from the Bay side homes. Easily walkable from our home is Arnolds Lobster and Claim bar and mini golf, Nauset Ice Cream, and Idle times if you want to rent a bike.

What is special about your town?
Eastham is one of Cape Cod's most naturally beautiful and peaceful towns, offering a classic Outer Cape experience that balances unspoiled landscapes with easy access to outdoor recreation and historic sites. Outdoor access is a major draw, with the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nauset Bike Trail running through town, allowing easy biking and walking to beaches, marshes, and scenic overlooks without needing to drive far.
Cape Cod National Seashore: Eastham encompasses a significant portion of this protected national park, offering miles of pristine ocean beaches, salt marshes, hiking trails, and scenic viewpoints managed by the National Park Service.
Nauset Light: One of Cape Cod's iconic landmarks, Nauset Light sits above a beautiful Atlantic-facing beach and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The lighthouse and adjacent beach are among the most photographed and visited sights in the region.
Coast Guard Beach: Frequently ranked among the best beaches in the United States, this Atlantic beach within Eastham is part of the National Seashore and is known for its sweeping dunes, surf, and natural beauty.
Bay-side beaches: Eastham's Cape Cod Bay beaches, such as First Encounter Beach, are famous for expansive tidal flats at low tide, shallow waters ideal for families, and sunsets over the bay.
Together, these features make Eastham a highly desirable destination for visitors who value natural beauty, outdoor activities, and a quieter Cape Cod setting.
