Walk to multiple beaches from this clean, cozy, and bright home. Step inside the front entry through the mudroom to find an inviting living room with lofty ceilings and a slider that leads out to the backyard. Living room furniture includes a new queen pull-out couch and love seat set, a desk and tv. The kitchen is well-appointed with a gas stove, dishwasher, and bonus features such as a lobster pot and plenty of dishware and utensils. The adjoining dining room is awash with sunlight, easily seating eight people in chairs and built-in bench seating. A small deck is attached to the dining room.

On the other side of the living room there are three sunny bedrooms. A private bedroom with a queen bed and skylight has a dresser and plenty of closet space. The front two bedrooms are set up in a family suite style. The first room has twin trundle beds and is connected to the master suite via louvered doors. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, and wardrobe and its own private bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower with tub. A second full bathroom is located off the living room and has a stand up shower. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement that can be accessed from the exterior bulkhead. The floor plan for the home is in the photo section. <br /> <br /> Outside you will find an inviting backyard with a fire pit area with seating, a gravel patio with a table and chairs that seat eight, and a grill. A large yard area is perfect for pets and games.<br /> <br /> This home has all you need to enjoy a Cape Cod beach vacation! <br /> <br /> What's nearby:<br /> This home is located one mile west of Route 6 in Eastham, with a number of gorgeous beaches within walking or bike-riding distance. Kingsbury Beach on Cape Cod Bay is less than half a mile (an eight-minute walk) west, Wiley Park Beach on Great Pond is half a mile south (where you'll also find a network of trails and a playground), and Eastham's famous Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is three miles east. It's the perfect spot for getting around by bike on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and exploring the countless wonders of Cape Cod National Seashore.
