Beautiful home in walking distance to bayside beach. Large panoramic windows to soak in the sunset over the ocean! Completely renovated in 2025, and now ready for you and your family to make memories!

The high end kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and stove. Brand new washer and dryer next to master bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower, and an extra outdoor shower for the full Cape Cod experience. The secluded back porch features a bbq and additional seating area. The front porch has multiple chairs and two comfortable loungers, the back porch has a dining table with 6 chairs and umbrella.

Linens and towels are provided.

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a ceiling fan, modern lighting, lots of storage, a large glass door to the back porch, and is connected to master bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a ceiling fan, 2 windows, and a large closet.
All bedrooms have screens and blinds.
In addition we have a sofa bed in the TV room.<br /> <br /> In walking distance to bayside beach and just a short drive away from the best ocean beaches the Cape has to offer. And if you have had enough salt water, Eastham also offers wonderful kettle ponds to cool off in. <br /> In addition, the house is close to shopping and dining in Eastham and Orleans, the movie theater in Wellfleet, and the Wellfleet Audobon nature reserve.<br /> <br /> On private road.     Hello! My name is Britta and my family and I live in the Boston area. We love Cape Cod for its unique landscape, the beaches, the stars, and the wildlife. I love to photograph birds, sunsets, and stars! All of this is ideal in Eastham and can be done directly from our beautiful cottage.

    What is special about this property?
    Our house has an unobstructed view over the marsh and ocean. You can relax from the front porch in the evening and view one of the most beautiful sunsets of cape cod. In addition, stargazing is amazing. We also like to observe the birds in the marsh. The house has two porches, one to observe the sunset, and one to have morning sun. You can walk to the beach from the house or take a walk through the neighborhood.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham has a lot of great restaurants (Caroline's, Basco Grill, Remo's Pizza, Red Barn) and coffeeshops (Chocolate cafe, Hole in One, Sam's). It also boast one of the top beaches in the United States (Coastguard beach) , is home to the iconic light house that is on the cape cod chips bag (Nauset light at the beautiful Nauset light beach), has wonderful kettle ponds (Great pond is so refreshing for swimming), and has great trails (Fort Hill). We are also very close to Wellfleet with the fun drive-in movie theater and the Wellfleet audobon wildlife sanctuary.
