There is also ample space in our shed for guests to store their bikes and outdoor supplies.<br />

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE<br />

- Minimum booking age is 26 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked<br />
- No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind.<br />
- Please treat our home as if it was your own. We do not allow shoes in the house to protect the floors and ensure we can keep up our high standard of cleanliness.<br />
- No pets: we love animals, but to keep the home allergy-friendly for all guests, they’re not allowed.<br />
- There is a Minuit noise monitor located in the sun room. It does not record any sound or video just monitors decibel level. read more show less
