Keep it simple at this peaceful & newly renovated, centrally-located home in a quiet neighborhood on the ocean side of Eastham

Upon entry via an electronic keypad with a code unique to your group, you’ll enter the nautical inspired bonus room with a desk, white linen sleeper sofa, and cozy reading chair. As you make your way through the home, you’ll enter the expansive living space with an open concept kitchen and dining area with quartz countertop island and brand new appliances. The kitchen is stocked with pans, pots, cups, plates, basic utensils and general cooking supplies. The living room features a large sectional sofa and swivel chair along with a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, Prime, and Peacock available to use.

Off of the living area, you can enter the back patio and use the brand new outdoor teak dining set or poly wood Adirondack chairs or even the new outdoor shower.

Back in the house, you’ll find a large bathroom with a tub and sliding doors and double vanity. Towards the rear of the home are the two bedrooms. The primary offers a queen bed, large closet, dresser, and TV. The second bedroom offers a full sized bed and a twin bed with a dresser and closet.<br /> <br /> The hall closet will hold any optional linens and a full set of board games to enjoy.<br /> <br /> There is a garage that houses plenty of beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella for your time at the beach. You can also find lawn games as well. <br /> <br /> Linens included at an additional cost for all beds unless you would like to bring your own (including the pull out couch). Inclusive of the fee, bath towels and hand towels in the closet for your use.<br /> <br /> Central AC throughout the house!<br /> <br /> Our home is on a septic system - no sand, flushable wipes, feminine products allowed in drains or toilets as it will cause a back up. ONLY toilet paper should be flushed in toilet.<br /> <br /> 4 minute drive to Nauset Light Beach (or 9 min bike ride!!)<br /> 2 minute drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (or 4 min bike ride)<br /> 5 minute drive to the Wellfleet Drive In<br /> 6 minute drive to Coast Guard Beach (nationally recognized for being one of the best beaches in the US!)<br /> 6 minute drive to the bay side beaches (Cooks Brook is our favorite!) read more show less
