New House-Bayside, Close to Campground Beach with Central AC

The homeowner Greg is really friendly, helpful, and responsive when asking questions. We've been renting this property for numerous years now and we've never had any issues while staying there. Additionally Greg made some upgrades on the home over the past year or so and it now has central air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs! It also has all the modern amenities - like a newer TV in the family room, fast Wi-Fi Internet connection, coffee/espresso machine in the kitchen, washer and dryer in basement to do laundry while you're there, and it's only a mile from Campground Beach (which you can walk there)!

We have seen some incredible sunsets from Campground Beach and because the house is on a private road, it's very quiet and peaceful there! We have a portable hammock stand that we bought a couple years back from P-Town and we set up our hammock in the three-season room (screened-in porch) and it's literally so peaceful and like a piece of heaven! We just lay there in the hammock listening to the birds chipping nearby in the trees surrounding the property and this is one of our absolute favorite places to stay period! The beautiful screened-in porch, the back porch (with BBQ grill and outdoor shower), and open kitchen/living room concept along with the private, quaint, and peaceful property and surroundings totally transform this house into an oasis that we enjoy more than our own house!

Greg (homeowner) is also a really nice and friendly guy that is quick to address any issues and primary concern is for you to enjoy your stay! We had such a wonderful time during our Cape Cod vacation! Our families came from all over the U.S.A. and this was the perfect meeting place. We felt Eastham was a great location being close to our favorite beaches (Nauset and Coastguard), yummy restaurants (favs being Arnolds and Nauset Ice Cream), yet quiet and having a small town feel. Your house is lovely and very comfortable. We greatly appreciate your bringing out the beach chairs and boogie boards. We can't say enough good things to say about the house and our trip!
