Perfectly located at the end of a private, dead end road 1/4 mile to the bike trail, 1/2 mile to North Eastham Village, 1 mile by bike to Nauset Light Beach and a short bike ride to the National Seashore & bayside beaches.

This home sleeps 12 but is a perfect size for any groups of 4-10 people too! It offers 2 kitchens, outdoor H/C shower, oversized deck, and a spacious, secluded yard (partially fenced in)! This fabulous getaway has everything you will need for your fun and worry free vacation including bed linens ( optional bath towels), fully equipped kitchens, gas grill, outdoor furniture, hammock, beach buckets & lots of games for those rainy days! Great kid safe home and location! Wireless internet, A/C units in all the bedrooms. We do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible! 2 brand new baths with walk in showers on the first floor.

This home is located on a quiet little dead end lane and offers a large back, front and side yard plus a large deck across the back of the house. It is an excellent layout for family and friends to spread out. We are on the oceanside of Eastham just ( 1 mile ) 2 minutes from the ocean, bay, ponds, the Wellfleet drive-in and flea market, Ben & Jerry's, Dunkin Donuts, deli, fish market, bike rentals, general store, liquor stores, 6-7 different breakfast and dinner restaurants, pizza, mini-golf, Willy's gym (rock wall, playworld for kids, pool, tennis, workout etc..) driving range and more! Great location! Window A/C for all the bedrooms. Less then 5 minutes to Orleans or Wellfleet in either direction!     Ideal location for family reunions

    This former duplex is a perfect location for large group get-togethers... near the bike trail & Nauset Light beach (and the local Ben & Jerry's!). 4 bathrooms & 6 bedrooms were ample for all, kitchen(s) were well-equipped. Property includes a large rear deck with picnic table to seat 12+ and an even larger back yard.
    We are already talking about returning next spring!
