My family had an amazing time staying here. Bob was very responsive and attentive to our questions and requests. The home was clean, beautiful, and full of amenities. We used the grill, bikes, and beach chairs. All were in great condition. We had plenty of space for our family and enjoyed being close to private beaches. We will definitely be staying here again.

We have stayed at this house several times in the past few years and cannot say enough about how lovely it is. The home itself is beautifully updated, impeccably clean, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities and location are perfect for our family. We love the pool, clubhouse and beach within walking distance. The owners are very accommodating and go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. We can't wait to stay again!

My family just got home from a relaxing week on Seacoast Shores in Falmouth at this beautiful rental house. Everything you could want or need is in this home. It has really comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, high quality appliances and a modern updated look and feel. The owners provide quality linens and beach towels for you and the kitchen is stocked with all sorts of gadgets and everything you could need to cook with. There is a deck overlooking a gorgeous yard and a grill to use. There are brand new beach chairs, extra coolers, spike ball and 2 bikes to use in the garage. The home has plenty of space and storage to put your things away and there is central air and good quality blinds to help darken rooms and get a good night's rest. My husband and I woke up early and walked every morning and enjoyed the views on the peninsula. Renters have access to the Seacoast Shores Association pool and restaurant, which is such a nice added bonus! The house is more than 5 stars! We loved our stay at Bob and Jules' home!  It could not have been more perfect.  Bob was very responsive throughout our rental process, answering all questions, and providing helpful tips about the house and Falmouth in general.  We arrived to a special welcome gift and detailed letter to help us navigate the area and the house.  The house has plenty of space and is set up perfectly. It feels more like a well-kept home than a rental property.  Beautifully decorated and updated with all modern conveniences.  Impeccably clean!   Probably the cleanest house we've ever stayed in, and fully stocked with everything.  Bob and Jules truly thought of every amenity you could ever need for the house and for having fun! Bikes, tennis racquets, thick beach towels, fully stocked kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The central air was a big bonus on hot days!

The yard is very scenic, with beautiful trees and shaded privacy. Relaxing to have coffee and watch the birds and bunnies in the yard. Outside of the home, the neighborhood had so much to offer.  The clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and private beach provided a resort feel.  You could never leave the neighborhood and have a full week of activities!  Just walking around at night was so nice - lots of little inlets to explore and beautiful views of the water.  Our kids loved exploring!   The house was such a short walk to all the activities - really convenient if you have kids.  

Lastly, we left some clothing behind after we checked out.  Bob went out of his way to accommodate us to return the items, which we greatly appreciated.  We could not ask for a better rental experience and nicer home for a family vacation!  We will definitely be back next year!     show more show less

Wonderful week in Falmouth at this amazing house. Every thing you could possibly need and exceptionally clean. Family loved the clubhouse and pool short walk five minutes from the house. Highly recommend for families with small children. Old Silver Beach great for small ones as well soft sand and low waves make for a lot of fun.

A beautiful home with a lovely yard in the perfect neighborhood. We couldn"t ask for more!

We stayed at the house for three weeks and had a really great time! It is in a great neighborhood, which has its own clubhouse with pool and a tennis court as well as a small beach!

The property is equipped with new, high quality furniture and is very nicely decorated. It is fully stocked with all that one might need. Everything was spotlessly clean, all bedrooms have shades, the sofa as well as the chairs at the dinner table and the kitchen bar are very comfortable.

The garage has direct access to the kitchen, so very convenient for loading and unloading your car. Xfinity is available in the living room as well as in the downstairs master bedroom, wifi is very fast.

There are sidewalks and many unpaved side roads in the area, so also great to take a walk.

The owners were very helpful both prior and during the stay. Thanks again to Bob and Jules for renting their house to us.

This house is INCREDIBLE! We spent a week with our 6 children and it was perfect!!! It is newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The open floor plan afforded us plenty of space, but it's very cozy at the same time. Everything makes sense and makes for an easy vacation. The bedrooms are huge, but so is the back deck, making the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon sunning, or family dinners. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. We also were so thankful for central A/C in August!

We also enjoyed the amenities of the house, specifically the Clubhouse located a quick 3 minute walk down the road. The kids enjoyed the pool and various activities, including kids' Bingo. We all got great use of the tennis courts. (...and how nice that the owner allows use of the beach chairs, cooler, and tennis rackets!!)

Because of the location of the house towards the end of the peninsula, and its proximity to the Clubhouse, we felt very safe letting the kids out to play on their own and with other neighborhood kids. It's a very safe place. The kids LOVED this freedom, even playing epic games of Manhunt at night. At any time, they could just say, "Mom, we're going down to play tennis."

Whatever you want your vacation to look like---biking, swimming, boating, beaching, shopping, dining out or even just doing nothing....it's ALL within 15 minutes, making this location ideal.

We spent a wonderful July week. The home is beautiful! Neutral decor and all new paint, appliances, and furniture. Lovely deck with large grill and back yard. The home has central AC and is stocked with board games, a fully equipped kitchen with all we needed to cook in. Owners provided a bottle of wine to enjoy while reading an info packed welcome letter listing places to visit in Falmouth. But the clubhouse offered a beautiful sunset, great food and drink, so that was our dining preference after a full day at the beach or club pool. 5 stars! show more show less

I rented the cottage for my parents and sister this summer. We had an enjoyable, and active week with trips to Falmouth and the beaches. We loved the brand new kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms! The decor was beautiful and we loved using the grill on the deck right off the kitchen. I would certainly recommend this cottage as a great vacation home for anyone!
