Located minutes from Menauhant, Bristol, and the Heights beaches, as well as downtown restaurants and shops, golf courses, public boat launch, the Shining Sea bikeway, and the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

The house provides sleeping accommodations for 9: four bedrooms (sleeps 8) and a second TV room with a single sofa bed. Towels and linens are not provided. There are two full baths, a large family room, dining room, & kitchen. Air Conditioning provided in all bedrooms. Parking for three cars in the driveway. Dishwasher, microwave, outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, washer & dryer, and iron & ironing board are also provided. Fully functioning kitchen with dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and bakeware. Large specialty pots for cooking clams, corn on the cob, and lobsters. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The large spacious backyard provides an ideal location for gatherings, cook-outs, and for children to play.
