New Silver Beach is one of the most vibrant family vacation communities on Cape Cod, and Hunt Street is one of the best places to live within the community. Situated on a very quiet street, our house is 3 homes up from the warm waters of New Silver Beach.

The home is an immaculate 4 bedroom ranch that has been totally restyled in Spring 2018. Its living room, dining room and kitchen are based on the open design concept, light filled and very airy with warm southwest ocean breezes. The one full bath was completely updated in 2015, and there is a large outdoor shower as well. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, smart internet TV, WIFI, and a BBQ grill. The large, level front yard is a magnet for all kinds of family activities. The patio is perfect for grilling, socializing and simply relaxing with a good book.

The New Silver Beach Association runs a complete array of kids programs including swimming lessons, movies, tennis, basketball, dodgeball tournaments and morning workouts for adults. The Wild Harbor Yacht Club is available for sailing lessons, and there is always fishing off the harbor jetty. Be sure to bring your bikes because there are all types of neighborhood riding opportunities as well as the Shining Sea Bike Path. It’s easy to catch the ferry for the Vineyard, which is only 15 minutes away. Nantucket, whale watching, deep sea fishing, fine dining, antiquing, all types of fine shopping – you can do it all from this base.

    Beautiful Property

    This property is very clean, has all of the amenities, is beautifully decorated, on a gorgeous yard. It was actually featured in one of the Home and Garden Magazines! We have great memories from renting this great property the last two years!

    We have been renting this beautiful home for our holiday week the last few years and we love it!! It is so clean and the renovations are just wonderful. It is close to everything. Such a great neighbourhood, close walk to the beach and lots to do for both families with small children or teens. The owner is lovely and very helpful.

    Have stayed here the last 2 years and everything about it is perfect. Bath towels, beach towels, bedding are all so fresh and clean. Been renting for many years and this is the cleanest by far. Walk to beach, tennis courts, T Room (snack/arcade room). Short drive to general store and shopping. 5 stars.
