    This home has it all. 3 Bdrms 3 Bathrooms beautiful kitchen. The basement has a ping pong table, poker table and a weight lifting area. The bedrooms are 1 king master, 2 twins, and the last 2 queens. Each room very spacious. A large dining room table as well as a screened in porch with an even larger table. The back yard has a fire pit for evenings outside. The rental provides beach chairs, beach towels, washer dryer. Our family of 7 were perfectly comfortable there, wanting for nothing. The Great Harbors community where the home is located had tennis courts, Pickelball ball courts, pool, playground for the kids. The pool passes are extra, for 4 passes to the pool it costs $320. Dealing with Jennifer was a real pleasure, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would definately recommend this property for any large group. A bonus for us was our 18 mo old granddaughter had a crib to sleep in the master and a push cart to travel to the park with as well as sand toys for the beach. show more show less

    This is hands down the best rental on the Cape. This home is immaculate, has a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen with everything to cook with and plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. We have been renting here for many years and it just keeps getting better. My family has many happy memories of the pool, tennis, nearby beaches and playing games on the screened in porch. Jennifer pays attention to every detail to make our stay special. We are already looking forward to next year!

    The perfect house for relaxing and entertaining

    We rented this beautiful home for three weeks and enjoyed it for family time, girls' get together and alone time.

    The house lends itself to have different spaces so everyone can do what they want to enjoy themselves and we used them all!

    - The open space kitchen living or dining room for hanging out.
    - The large enclosed porch for chilling out or playing cards.
    - The are with the Adirondack chairs around the firepit and lazy hammock.
    - The basement for working out or playing ping pong and other games in the basement.

    The house is clean, modern and cozy. It's a few minute drives to several beaches and there are tons of places to eat within a short driving distance.

    The complex has a pool, park and clubhouse which is great for families.

    What is special about this property?
    This home is located in Great Harbors private community that borders Great Pond. There is a community club house, pool, basketball hoop, playground, softball field, and boat slip.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is a beautiful area with many beaches and beautiful views of Vineyard Sound and Martha's Vineyard. There are many wonderful restaurants for all tastes and plenty of shopping. Cape Cod Shining Sea Bikeway runs through Falmouth.
